wish i could post the 4 little pieces of chicken in the grilled chicken caesar salad. The lettuce was also “old” which you can tell because it smells musty. Disgusting. never again!!

I ordered a chicken bacon avocado BLT sandwich. I paid an extra $1.75 for extra avacados. I got my sandwich and there were three of the smallest avocado's I have ever seen! When I addressed the server of this I was told that "two pieces is a normal sandwich and that the third sliver of avacado was considered my "extra". I will NEVER go here again!

Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of spaces to park for handicapped customers right in the front.

Employee wore his apron into the bathroom, lifted it to pee, and then left the bathroom without washing his hands.

Worst experience ever...Met the rudest manager ever, Deema offered the worst service in the history of me ever going to a restaurant..Do not recommend any interactions with this woman right here..She threatened me and my man for asking for sugar and kicked us for no reason..Completely unacceptable never seen such a thing..She should be fired!! Not a good look for such a great company 😕

Arrived at 5pm 12/3/24. There are was a note on the door that there was no coffee! The 4 of us decided to stay, planning on getting coffee elsewhere. Ordered the awesome broccoli and cheddar bread bowl, they had no bread bowls! Had to leave at this time.

It feels like I'm in a hospital cafeteria. I miss the time where this Panera had plush chairs and a fireplace. The bagels are thin, the menu has been entirely gutted, and the atmosphere has become cold and stressful. I also don't like that if I want my coffee to be anything other than lukewarm, I have to microwave it myself.

There are few complete options for people with sensitivities (particularly with dairy). The sandwiches are pretty good, though. The staff is generally polite and efficient.

Is 5:50 on a sunday and you've run iut of Bread and plates??? You close at 8. Poor pkannjng and bad attitute when I questioned not having plates. Essentially you all just wantsd to get out if here and not have clean up at 8.
