Check your mobile orders before you leave in case one (or multiple) things you ordered are missing… that is what happened to me most recently.

I went to this restaurant yesterday with my two biracial children and had one of the most uncomfortable and intimidating experience at this location, my children were boggled at like they were zoo animals, my oldest daughter started crying when we left because she said they were pointing at her “love wins” shirt and made a comment about her hair, this location Is not a safe place to enter as a minority… I Would recommend to everyone to not go.

this place is terrible never going back again. Service was the worst ive ever seen, waitress were mean and grumpy, food took forever to come out when we were the only people there at the time, when we ended up getting are food they got my order wrong so when I asked to get a new plate and to get the order right the waitress got angry amd started to give attitude then proceeds to tell me that id have to pay again due to the fact that they have already cooked and prepared the food. I was denying paying again because i specificly told them eactly what I wanted and it wasnt anything complicated for them to mess it up. like i said I do not recommend coming here and getting the food if your looking for good service.

Terrible customer service, terrible management, and damn worst Panera I’ve been to. Least fresh Panera sandwich I’ve ever had. Tasted stale and premade days before. Would not recommend

Horrible experience, my food was cold and stale. The meats taste rubbery and the eggs are disgusting. Got food poisoning from a sandwich

It was very upsetting I had taken my girlfriend out to eat here for lunch. We ordered and sat down. She had noticed her order was wrong and waited for a while to speak to someone, as soon as an employee came to help, she described what was wrong with the food. The employee then started to get angry and said that she can buy it again if she really didn’t like it. The problem was it wasn’t ours. So we asked for a manager the employee said her name was Maddie she was the manager, so we asked as to why we needed pay again for something we ordered but did not receive and she would tell us directly why and got even angrier at us so we had just left disappointed in the experience. I wouldn’t dine here again.

Went there for lunch with my partner last week. Waited for 10 minutes before anyone even served us. The food was not hot, especially the soup. The sandwich was messy, like it was just slopped on. The bathroom was dirty and looked like nobody cleans it. Would have been better off going somewhere else. Not recommended.

I came here a few days ago with my family for a weekend brunch, they took ridiculously long to serve me and my family. When we got the food, we were missing some of it, there was hair in our soup and our bread was squished like someone manhandled it. The workers were very passive aggressive and seemed like they hated their jobs and took it out on me and my children. I would NOT recommend this location, when I asked for a refund they said that they can’t because we can’t prove it’s their hand marks or hair in our food. 0/10 do NOT come to this location if you want Panera.

I went to panera bread on my day off of work after working a 70 hr week, the staff was obnoxiously oblivious to how i felt when they realized they messed my order up. i am so astonished and amazed at the same time on how disgusting the food was and when i tried giving the food back they wouldn’t let me along with that the people working were so disrespectful and rude honestly a major skill issue.

absolutely disgusting Trash all over the line Teenagers disgustingly handling food with no food Safety managers are rude Bathrooms were gross Smelled like sewer if I could leave zero stars, I would definitely will Never come back I thought Plainville was bad
