Great food, but need more room for tables and to enjoy the atmosphere. Suggest to move to bigger building to accommodate people that enjoy your food. I have been there several times, but the place is full and long wait. I went to another venue to eat. To me, this is loss revenue, but I'm not in the restaurant business, nor know the obstacles of running one

We ordered an Our Famous Roast Beef Sandwich for takeout. It looked beautiful in the container but roast beef was filled with fat and was unbeatable. It was a total waste of $15. We’ve gone here before and had pasta dishes which were very good. We had ordered this sandwich one other time and it was good. I’d really hesitate to go back again after this experience.

A positively wonderful afternoon from our waitperson to the food to the cappuccino and to the pizza I ordered to take home. As Luciano always says "you're going to love my food"!!

I had a bad customer service experience here Saturday night 2/24/24. I came in to order takeout at 5:15 PM. I ordered two veal parms and a salad. I'm told it will be about 20 minutes and I indicate I'll wait for the order. After waiting 30 minutes I return to the front desk and explain I've been waiting for my food. I'm told they'll be bring it right out to me. Now it's 35 minutes. I return to the front desk and they say it will just be a couple of more minutes. I remain at the register and several more minutes pass, and my food still isn't coming out. A young woman asks if she can help me and I explain the issue. She says she'll be right back but never returns. I then find someone else behind the counter and explain the issue and she goes into the kitchen to see if she can find out where my order is. After 45-plus minutes, my order finally comes out. Not one worker at the restaurant that I spoke with ever apologized. I'm an easy-to-please person. An apology would have went a long way. So would someone taking responsibility to do what they could to please a customer under such circumstances. I can't be the only one this has happened to. The lack of customer service speaks volumes though.

My wife and I came in for lunch, and my wife ordered a soda with her food. $2.00. The server asked if she wanted a refill after her drink was empty, and she said yes. When we got the bill we found that a refill has an UP CHARGE OF .50 to make a total of $4.50. When we asked the server if it was a mistake to increase the price for a refill to more than the price of just ordering a soda he said,"That's what we do here". The food was good. The service was ok. THE SNEAKY UP CHARGE FOR A REFILL WAS A MAJOR TURN OFF. I dont drink soda but we could've just ordered one for me and not been sneak charged. We will be sure to share this story whenever Pizzaria Romana is suggested by anyone in North Attleborough. They could have had customers for life as we both have had many years of working in the service industry and appreciate good food and good service. Subterfuge? Instead of offering a refill they should be saying, "a refill will cost more than just ordering another soda, still want one"? Picture attached .

This is our go to place since we moved here a few years ago. The restaurant is small so we like to sit at the bar . They have some of the best pizza and Sangria around Unfortunately for some reason the fantastic bartenders they have had over the years get forced out . The latest one just can't do the job. Forgetful inattentive and just not good. This is our 3rd experience with this same bartender and it just might cause us to move on. Get it together Romana. Your servers had a following.

So sad. This place is usually consistently good. We went for lunch on Sunday, the specials have changed to calzones and sandwiches? The place was not really busy. Took forever to get our food. People that came I. After us were served . My friends got their food and it was cold. My one friend did not even eat hers. My other friend pizza was cold. The reason was that my calzone broke open? The rest of the table food should not be cold? Not sure that was the true story? The manager came over with a weak attempt to help. We did get cannoli on the house as they must have realized we were unhappy. 100 dollars for lunch, if it was exceptional maybe ? Luciano I think you slipping

Good food but beware - prices are misrepresented in the menu. We were charged an extra $0.50 - $2.00 for each item we ordered, and then shown a small disclaimer in the menu that said prices can change at the owner’s discretion. Please update the menus so that patrons know how much they’re spending!

It is a very nice place but we received the wrong pizza that I just realized as I looked at the menu again. We ordered a Christina because we like sausage and mushrooms. The pizza we got had sausage and ricotta that I believe was a Sicilian Corina. Disappointing, it was ok but really would have preferred what we
