Cubed cold slimey weird chicken but the rest was fine. Definitely not worth the price if you’re getting a chicken bowl & it makes me not trust the quality of the rest of the menu.

I love it here, I can order food that is gluten free that I (a celiac) can eat and not get sick and they label what is gluten free on their menu. I REALLY wish they had Gluten free soy sauce, even just the packets. I can never eat in the restaurant and have to wait 20 min to get home so I can eat.Dietary restrictions: Gluten

Pokie is my favorite place it like subway but more epic because it Hawaiian Asian Japanese sushi rice and rice place and what ever toping you like . I can't wait to get my free boba for rewards points. I've been a counter for a few weeks but wow the people are nice great service and the food is 100% good. Also I don't eat that healthy but pokomto is shocking me to go and eat healthy because the food is so good I recommend to get something extra it ogongi it so good and popular there.Also the drink there is good. This is my favorite place to get poke bowls. They have the best selections of sauces and add-ins. The staff is pleasant and I never feel like I’m putting them out when I’m ordering. They have a great selection of drink options too!

I think will never be attending this location again they have horrible customer service. After I got a bowl and miso soup my last visit it was really poorly secured and it spilled on me and my passenger an all over my car when I called to complain I had a employee on the phone tell me my next visit they will compensate me for the negative experience. I missed an event that I had to go to because of an employees failure to secure a miso soup because I had to go home and change and clean my car that was absolutely covered in miso soup I even offered to tell the gentleman on the phone if you wanted me to take a picture of how bad it was. I’ve gone here every single week even multiple times a week and the fact that me as a customer who had such a negative experience because of what an employee did I was not treated with the respect I a loyal customer should have. Absolutely ridiculous. The attitude that I got when I explain the situation was awful. The food in there is amazing but the customer service is awful. I will never be attending again. As someone who works in customer service, the management should hold the employees at a higher accountability for the way that they treat their customers it is absolutely unacceptable. I am very disappointed however, if I am now treated with respect because of me, voicing my opinion, I am willing to change my mind and still be attending!

Let's give an applause to the service I got from Stephe who didn't even know I leave reviews... And was super great ?. I even made it difficult by saying things like I don't like... And she was like no problem.. how about.. ok. And 13 pictures later. I have love stopping in this plaza for the Game stop and Old Navy and wondered to myself how Pokemoto taste. Everyone just know I'm glad I did. Let me know what you think.
