Late night dinner with our nephew. Didn't realize that the sushi chef's choice appetizer would be sashimi (makes sense tho, easier to make than maki). My Season roll had neon green wasabi mayo & neon orange spicy mayo drizzled all over it, so that I couldn't taste the fish. I ended up scraping most of it off. PuPu platter was tasty, and the teriyaki shrimp dinner had a nice balance of veggies to rice & shrimp.

I would go straight hibachi here for the overall best value that isn't a huge carb load. They also have a samurai suit which l adds to the scene as a low-key memorable place.
(Hibachi dinner for take-out) Third try…. Third disappointment. Food has lacked flavor, depth, and overall enjoyment everytime. The price point has only gone up over the last three years while the quality has gone down. Probably will skip this one in the future.

We are lovers of jade two but we decided to try shogun out, got the pupuplater for 3, beef fried rice, and chicken lomein. It was very good! Nice and crispy! The only thing we didn't care for was the beef teriyaki, it was too similar to the spare rib... The shrimp was exceptionally good though! The crab Rangoon was extra crabby which was good in my perspective, so if your into that kinda thing go get them, they definatly didnt skimp out on the crab!
