Both lattes exploded on my wife and I in the car right after purchasing them. I don’t know if the lids were put on improperly or if the cup is just too thin, but it was a boiling mess. Not the first bad experience we’ve had from this Starbucks, but definitely the last time we’ll go to this location.

Can I just say ….. I am new to Starbucks ( my teen daughter got me hooked recently ) I can’t afford this regularly. I downloaded the app and got myself free beverage with a purchase, which I just took advantage of today. Naturally I couldn’t decide what item to buy ( Because the coffee was free, I had to buy something cheap to make it worth it) I can’t make decisions to save my life ! Simple thing takes forever Ava ! Ava! Ava! Was here waiting on me . She was down to earth . Helped me make my difficult decision. We Made small talk (very small as she was waiting in other customers ) Professional , level headed , mature employee they have here at Starbucks ! Ava should definitely given a raise ! Promoted if it’s an option. Simple things like getting a coffee after a shit day at work make a huge difference . To me at least ! Ava sure did make my day and I will definitely be back ! Thanks Ava! I hope your higher ups see this and compensate you properly . Again, it doesn’t take much to make someone’s day or break it! Ava definitely made it !

MAY 24,2024 i arrived 10 min prior to this Starbucks closing. All I simply wanted was a refresher and they stated they were closed. Closing time said 8pm and they would not provide me service. What great customer service huh????

This is my second time coming to this specific starbucks location, I did a drive thru order with my sister. The drive thru line is long, but steadily moves pretty quickly.Today, we had a lovely young women at the window, blonde hair, green eyes, she was so sweet. It was her 4th day. They had a struggle with someone taking off with our order. They remade them, but apparently there was a mobile order with the same name..so they remade it one more time. To the girl who was doing the window, and has had quite the day today, you're doing amazing. Keep it up!

Got 2 of the mango dragonfruit refreshers and both were halfway filled, the barista tried to say that that’s how they do it when you get it with no ice. I get this drink pretty much everyday (never had this issue) and if i’m paying $6 each for a drink it should be filled. I saw another post exactly like this and the starbucks replied saying it would be remade if they were to bring it back. I had hard time getting it filled when trying to let her know it should not be halfway, and when i left the drink was still not even filled all the way. Will not be going back. Disappointing. No hate to the barista but the management should fix this issue.

I ordered a Trienta refresher and they only filled my cup halfway up. Here's a picture of it right after leaving Target. 7 bucks for half a cup. Never

For some reason, on that SB location, the coffee taste wasn't right! They did make me a new one but I think they should do better job in checking their coffee taste.
