I am a chef and held a large training symposium. Typically, I cook all the food myself, but the training was held in an off-site facility so I needed a caterer. A colleague recommended Rebecca’s Catering, so I tried them. From the minute I contacted them by phone (yes, the old-fashioned way) I was pleasantly pleased. The planning was seamless, and the food was delicious. We had ordered a breakfast and lunch buffet followed by reception food/hors d’oeuvres once the symposium...
