The food is pretty good, lots of variety. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich with extra egg bacon and cheese and was charged for such but only did not get the extras. Would have rated much higher if this hadn't been the case . Food was tasty

Tried New York Bagel for the first time in a long time. Went with an Iced Pistachio Lush. Thought it was okay. Had a breakfast sandwich as well. Went with an Asiago, bacon egg and cheese. Thought the bagel could have been toasted a little longer. Bacon wasn't crispy. Overall the sandwich was okay. The chocolate chip muffins looked pretty good. May try them on a return trip.
I decided to try the bagel shop because of new ownership put wasn't impressed i was at the drive thru and didn't have the bagel i wanted sold out i couldn't back up or say no thanks I'm all set so i ordered something else not happy but like I said I couldn't leave the drive thru no space to pass anyone

I met the manager of New York bagel in Dartmouth and she was so helpful and she is nice to her employees while I was sitting there and watching and itās a clean and quiet and nice place to have a bagel and a coffee. I want to thank her for being such a respectful manager. I would give her a 10 stars if I could but thereās only five thank you.

This place is a joke... its run like a zoo and there card machine never works and they never have bagels! Get it together already or close your doors!
This place sucks. Definitely donāt DoorDash from them. If they donāt have the bagel for your breakfast sandwhich instead of giving a plain or asking dasher to call and see what other bagel you want theyāll just cancel your orderā¦ lazy ass people.

Ordered a latte. They clearly didn't know how to operate the machine and ended up with cold milk with foam. Never asked if dining in or take out. Portion sizes were all over the place.
Great potential but lack of proper management is the issue.

I could live off of the cinnamon and sugar bagels from NYB! By far the best bagels I've ever had and there's so many delicious options to choose from. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Have not come here in years, but decided to give it a try since it is under new ownership. Got two breakfast sandwiches, one bacon, egg, and cheese on an asiago bagel and the other on an everything bagel. Both sandwiches were excellent, and the asiago bagel was top-tier. Would definitely go back!

1st timer ...The dining seats were full of customers( a good sign), I wasn't sure where to order at the long counter but a staff member greeted me, and took my order pretty quickly. 2x sandwiches and an OJ to go. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Asiago bagel sandwiches for the š win
