I've never been a bagel guy, until now. Great bagels at a great price. Way better than the big chains, like Starbucks or DD. The price is nice and the selection is varied and consistent. Staff is fast, friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is that if you're eating in, the dining room can get really smoky and it may aggravate your eyes or respiratory conditions like asthma. Come on down.

This was my 2nd time at the Dartmouth location and I am so disappointed the service was horrible the person to whom I gave my order acted as if though I was bothering her. The 2 locations in Fall River do not compare they are always so friendly and welcoming. I will NEVER visit the Dartmouth location again! Shame on them! And they took over 10 minutes to make out sandwiches and drinks and there was nobody else there.

Want to like this place, but new owners have carried on the old way of making bagels - crowding them in the pan, so that bagel is never round, with full exterior surface. They pull apart like buns. The idea of a bagel is a full crispy exterior. Why this place insists on making them this way puzzles me.

This is an awesome establishment! The vibe is welcoming and warm. I was helped by Vienna, they are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and have such a great attitude. You don’t find that kind of service in a lot of places. I’m so indecisive when there are many choices, but Vienna did not make me feel rushed and she actually cared to take some time to tell me about my options. The whole experience was fantastic!
