I'm not so sure the owner or manager even bothers to reads these, but I'll leave this anyway & update if anything changes.... I've always loved their chocolate chip bagel, the amount of cream cheese they put and that you don't have to ask that they put the cream cheese on it (& then don't half the time, like some OTHER drive thru coffee shops & it's impossible to do while driving to work when you drive a standard shift vehicle), but I'm rarely ever driving by in the morning to stop so I kind of forget about them, so when I drove by last week I decided to grab a bagel & it didn't disappoint.... Choc full of cream cheese & cut in half, just like always. Then a few days later, being this past Thursday I drove by again, this time with my son & he wanted to try a bagel too this time. We both ordered a chocolate chip bagel with cream cheese.... We got a chocolate chip bagel with literally a smear of cream cheese, to the point of adding my own cream cheese to it bc it was actually dry in spots bc there wasn't even enough to spread it around to the whole bagel. I was so surprised to see that both of ours was like that! Luckily we went home to eat it this time & I had cream cheese in the fridge, the unfortunate thing though, is I bought it for a recipe & will now have to buy more which is annoying. They also didn't even bother to cut it. I've since noticed this is an ongoing issue with not having enough cream cheese (as is the not very friendly service, which I also experienced the second time I went... The 1st time, earlier in the week, the service was great, very friendly) after looking through the recent reviews left on here & the lack of response from the management or owners. I really hope they fix this issue bc this place was always reliably consistent, especially when it came to the bagels & cream cheese & that's huge when every chain place is known for the exact opposite.

Fiancé waited in a very long line for a very long time, just for them to give her the completely wrong order. Ordered a lox bagel on everything and got just a cream cheese bagel. Considering we payed almost $10 for the lox, very disappointed.

I have been twice since under new ownership. Both times I ordered a turkey sandwhich on a bagel. The first time I got a bagel with lettuce tomatoe and onion without any turkey at all. The second time they poorly wrapped my sandwhich and it was apart in the bottom of my bag by the time I had made it to my car. Truly stole my will to live both days.

Some places just need a manager on duty at all times and this establishment is one of them!
4 employees behind the counter and if a customer was on fire I don’t think they would have batted an eye.
I sat there for 5 mins with no hello and no acknowledgement, and it’s wasn’t until 9 other customers walked in that one member of the team who was at the cream cheese station decided to ask the rest of the staff to help out at the counter.
When I finally was acknowledged I asked for a certain type bagel only to be cut off and told “we got whats is in the cabinet” as another employee was bringing out a fresh batch? 0 patience for her job or guest!
It takes 0 training to address a customer it takes 0 training to put the customer first instead of standing in huddle at the drive thru window with no customer even driving through and your backs to the counter. This team cared more about chatting and doing side task work like refilling creams and milks then they do about the people purchasing their products and keeping the doors open.
First time at this location and I don’t have the patience to go back, unless ownership wants to update their staff.

Picked up 2 bagels with cream cheese at the drive through window. Order was incorrect and we waited at the window for more than 5 minutes watching 5+ people doing nothing. When the order was finally done, the person put the order next to the window and did not hand it to me until someone told them to, and then basically threw the bag at me, with no thank you or sorry for the wait. Won't be going there anymore.

The food is pretty good, lots of variety. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich with extra egg bacon and cheese and was charged for such but only did not get the extras. Would have rated much higher if this hadn't been the case . Food was tasty
