I pulled up this morning at 6:17 and ordered my bagel when I ordered. I waited about two minutes before I got a response so I just pulled up to the window I paid I was handed a clipboard I signed. I then watched three employees chitchat about who knows what who cares what And then they filing five minutes later but my bagel in so I asked one of the girls I said excuse me, is my bagel going to be ready soon and she decided she was give me an attitude because apparently I was impatient at this point I’ve now been in this drive-through for 10 minutes a bagel takes about two minutes to cook if that I left and I called and I asked for an owner or a manager. I spoke to the owner Kyle and this is the only reason why I’m giving five stars Kyle just bought the store yesterday and recognizes all the issues from the area. You know very well that the service here always sucks . He apologize profusely acknowledged and took accountability of his staff and insured me that they are going to be correcting the issues, which I truly hope he is able to do. My advice would be to stop hiring teen poppers, who wear dirty sweatpants to work, and rub their face while they’re making food , the only reason why I’m giving five stars is because of how the owner handled the situation

My wife works here and The owner Cathy takes home all the tips that are given to the workers. And at the end of the month she will give 100$ to the workers and pocket about 2,000 to 3,000 they are scumbags.

I have tried bagels in several different places: Dunkin, Bagel boys, (etc), along with various store bought brands - but in.y humble opinion ALL pale in comparison to NY Bagel!As a result, I drive at least 30min to.purchase these, about every 2 months, as they only have about a 60-day freezer life. Try yourself & see - but be forewarned. You're likely to.get hooked!
The spot has a good variety of bagels and flavored cream cheeses. The are not very dense and taste great. It's my regular stop now.

$10.89 for ONE (1) turkey sandwich, lettuce tomato, mayo on a toasted works bagel. Nothing else. I hope those employees are being paid a good wage with this kind of profit margin. And at this price, it should be carved turkey, not a deli processed meat. Not good.

I like this place! The bagels are really pretty good and they give a good shmear of any cream cheese you choose. The only thing I don't love is that if you choose to do half and half with two different cream cheeses they charge you twice :/ But I would recommend! The french toast bagel is delish!
