I started out really liking this location and now I’m at a place where I’m just playing pissed off. I just ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese on it and when I say it is scarce, I can’t even taste cream cheese. I opened up the bagel and there’s literally signs of just swiping the cream cheese once. There’s knife lines. You can see through the cream cheese. I really needed this as a meal right now and I don’t have time to stop because I’m taking my baby to a medical appointment that is very necessary. I’m just so fed up. You’re really that stingy?
Very helpful, especially when you don't know what you want to start the day.

Lovely friendly window service, but it is likely understaffed. I felt badly for her because she was working alone. Drive thru 20 min wait had 2 cars leave the line. Usually delicious coffee, but today they forgot my flavor swirl, and the coffee was just off in taste. I had three sips of my $4.50 medium iced. Hope it gets better again.

I’ve now had this happen multiple times — showed up during listed open hours and found the shop completely closed, with no notice, no signage, and online ordering still fully active. This morning it was closed at 8:30am despite supposedly opening at 5am. My husband also tried to reach out about it, and we both received the exact same copy-paste email from corporate: “We are very sorry… this will be a rare occurrence.” No effort to turn off ordering, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no gesture of goodwill.
Judging from other recent reviews, this is not a rare issue — it’s a recurring problem that hasn’t been addressed. Really disappointing customer service. I used to love coming here, but it’s hard to stay loyal when a business doesn’t seem to care about basic communication or treating regular customers with respect.

Came in 2hrs before close at 6pm and kid told me he shut off the ovens for the night… but when other people have worked nights I’ve had no issue with people taking my order and getting food items.
To me seems like the kid just doesn’t want to do his job.
Come here for passion
I came here two hours before they closed. It took them nearly 5 minutes to even come to the window to take my order. Then the kid told me that they turned the oven off. Not that they are broken, but just that they were turned off…. pretty early in my opinion.
Then I ordered an orange Creamsicle soda, and he said OK. Then when I came out to the window, it had no cream in it. The kid said oh actually yeah we’re all out of that. I would not have ordered it and paid if I knew they did not have the cream. Defeats the purpose of orange Creamsicle soda if you ask me😂 I worked at Dunkin for years I do know a thing or two
