So early in the morning and staff were so pleasant. Was a young gentleman at the window and on the speaker. He was so kind! It made my day!! You never know how much of a difference you make by being so kind. This review is written a few weeks after my experience. I'm posting it because of the current not so great reviews. Attaching receipt to show date & time. Maybe it'll show who it was. It's something I posted on my Facebook that day about my food being so good. Have a great day everyone.

Quite literally the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food spot, waited 20 minutes for my food just for them to keep it behind the counter and not hand it to be dispite me 2 feet away from someone who could. I shouldn't have to wait all day for food at a spot like this, some of us are busy.

Decided to try the newer Easton location,placed a big order online and picked it up,got food home and there were no faults with the order ,everything was there that we ordered which is sometimes rare,keep up the good work 👍

Worst experience I have ever had over 30 minutes at drive thru to then be given the wrong order and told to come inside to wait another 35 minutes to get cold food that was not prepared properly. Go to brockton better service and food

Parking lot clean. Tight to get in and out of. Drive up window employee was not pleasant at all. No hello, no smile, no greeting of any type, and not even a thank you. Don't hire people who clearly cannot interact or want to interact at a job where public interaction is a requirement 100% of the time.

The food was hot and tasty. They did not follow my app ordering instructions for what sauces I wanted.

The atmosphere, food and service were wonderful and they made sure to make my order correctly as my stomach can't handle cheese. The reason I give it 3 stars is because the parking there is horrendous. It's not the staff's fault but whoever developed this space clearly wasn't thinking about extra parking spaces for those who want to dine-in as most of the time it looks full because most of spots are taken up by the employees. It's a very nice restaurant but I don't think I will be going back.

I came to try the new Taco Bell, since all my coworkers loved the spot. I walked in to a bunch of kids playing catch with a big ball in the lobby. I thought that was weird, and it was packed already, so I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a number 10, which is a grilled cheese burrito combo. When I went to enjoy my meal, I thought I had gotten the wrong burrito, the flaming hot burrito. Which I can admit I was in the wrong, and I did get the right burrito. Although I went back to confirm which burrito I had gotten, as I do not get Taco Bell often and was unfamiliar with what's in the food. The lady in the red hat and glasses on the drive-thru side was very argumentative about the situation. I understand I was wrong and I had gotten the right burrito, but her approach was rather rude. That being said, I still want to commend everyone else working that I had interacted with (the drive-thru and front cashiers). They are very polite and understanding of the situation.

LOVE. the staff is kind quick and attentive. The food is really good compared to other taco bell’s i’ve been to. Drive through moves smooth and quick , and very clean environment. So happy there’s once in easton now !
