this dunks has arguably some of the worst service i’ve ever seen. instead of actually listening to your order they seem to just put in whatever they want that sounds close to your order. i ordered loaded hashbrowns, got regular hashbrowns. in the same order i ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. i, instead, got a sausage egg and cheese. i asked them to fix my order and who i assume was the manager on shift decided to roll her eyes as if it was the worst thing that could have possibly happened. the workers are rude and love to talk to each other while they take your order which explains why my order is almost always wrong. honestly, prob won’t ever be back here.

Lousy service. I waited for over 15 minutes to be served and no employee even looked at my face, after being served in a hostile manner my order took exactly 23 minutes to be delivered. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided by this Dunkin'. Do not recommend 0/10
