Not one to normally leave a review but the staff here is just so rude and unpleasant at least the ones that I have encountered came here Thursday November 20th at 2:15 and there were 3 young girls and the two I dealt with were very unpleasant not only did I not get what I asked for and the coffee was legit only 3 quarters of the way full and went to ask if I could have and extra shot of Carmel (not even a new coffee) and was legit ignored for at least 5 minutes untill I said something, it’s just annoying when your treated like your bothering them to actually do there job!!

Talk about bad customer service. Hear this guys I gave the lady 1.50 tip on a medium hot coffee on drive thru. I asked kindly to throw away one dunkin empty cup in trash for me. LADY SAYS I CANT ITS A HEALTH HAZARD. 😮 WOW that too it was 1 dunkin cup. I said I ll take my change and left aggressively. If it’s their business policy there should be sign at drive through window and I would ve completely respected that. Never been this humiliated for no reason. I’ve been in business 22 years myself and can’t imagine doing this to my customer. UNBELIEVABLE

Something is horribly wrong with this Dunks coffee. I’ve never had a problem at any other dunks, and I probably go to 20-30 through Mass in any given year, but for whatever reason this one always without fail gives me a skunked coffee. Not sure if their machines are broken or just dirty but I took a break from stopping there for a year, thinking maybe they had an internal issue that would be fixed, and just went back and it’s exactly the same

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee and as usual they got my entire order wrong. My coffee was not what I ordered despite the correct sticker on the cup and my toasted bagel with cream cheese on it was not even warm with cream cheese on the side. I guess I'll have to start going somewhere else.

I can never go to here to charge my phone cuz there is guy that sits there all day everyday charging his phone and he is rude when u ask him if u can plug my phone jn
