Something is horribly wrong with this Dunks coffee. I’ve never had a problem at any other dunks, and I probably go to 20-30 through Mass in any given year, but for whatever reason this one always without fail gives me a skunked coffee. Not sure if their machines are broken or just dirty but I took a break from stopping there for a year, thinking maybe they had an internal issue that would be fixed, and just went back and it’s exactly the same

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee and as usual they got my entire order wrong. My coffee was not what I ordered despite the correct sticker on the cup and my toasted bagel with cream cheese on it was not even warm with cream cheese on the side. I guess I'll have to start going somewhere else.

Went in for ice tea. Was very lite in color and did not look normal. Looked like yellow wayer . No one in the store was able to process and refund . Was told could come back another time for manager but I don't have time for that. Insane that at 5 pm no one is able to correct a simple mistake . Don't waste your time go to another location . Very poor experience
This DD is something else,your mobile order will be late(20 mins after submitting) and don't forget to DOUBLE CHECK before you leave the store cause there's always SOMETHING MISSING/WRONG ITEM. Management don't have the right attitude for the job and some changes need to be made asap. *credit for clean restrooms

It was 12 minutes inside the Dunkin my wife was in the car and she said the whole drive-thru line plus more cars are being added was able to go through all I ordered was a refresher that’s already pre made you just add ice shouldn’t take that long with no line inside

This is a great restaurant to go to if you want something to eat. The worker named Matthew was very good and provided excellent service. Teddy I think his name was on the other hand was very nice and polite, I accidentally told them I wanted my coffee hot and he willing fixed it for me with no problem, we need more employees like these great gentlemen. Get this workers a raise. ASAP!!!!!!!!!
