This is the best Dunkin in the area by far! I drive out of my way to go here before work because the service is so amazing! They are fast and your coffee is ready by the time you get to the window even with a line- Best Dunkin everrrr

Worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. Recently starting working in North Reading and I have been to this DD about 8 times. 6 of those times, my order has been wrong or messed up in some way. Terrible. Unfortunately, I have not found another one close enough yet. The only thing they haven't gotten wrong are my hashbrowns.

Allergic to egg and put on the app no egg got egg on my sandwich then went to have them remake it and they gave me the most rubbery uncooked pieces of bacon on the new one just gonna start going to a new dunks this is the third time I’ve had to have them remake it and everytime I feel like I get the most half assed sandwhich in retaliation of an allergy the staff is always nice and friendly through the drive through the person making the food seems like they could care less

Workers are always wonderful! The only issue I have is that they must not refill the hot chocolate machine much because I have consistently gotten watery hot chocolate from here. Other than that everything else is great!

I only came to Dunkin for the HOT caramel macchiato. Now that is not worth the trip. After 3 recent trips at 3 different locations the HOT caramel macchiato was burnt in flavor, tempid and flavorless. For the $5 I'd rather put that towards gas money and keep on driving.
