Stopped in on a Saturday morning, had never been before, but was pleasantly surprised, the coconut-chocolate iced coffee was to die for, delicious bagel w/ plenty of cream cheese, they don't skimp! Husband got a wonderful donut, good sized donut too, not teeny like Dunks are, and the price wasn't bad either. The folks behind the counter are awesome, friendly, and helpful. I sooo look forward to coming back again soon ! Thanks ! :)

If you’ve had a bad experience here in the past, you’re not alone. But I encourage you to give Heavenly in North Reading another try! They’re under new ownership and fully stocked with fresh donuts, bagels, muffins, pastries, and more. The coffee is also much better than before. The new owners are clearly working hard to rebuild the reputation of this place — and it shows. I’ve been back several times since the reopening, and the difference is night and day!
