If you’ve had a bad experience here in the past, you’re not alone. But I encourage you to give Heavenly in North Reading another try! They’re under new ownership and fully stocked with fresh donuts, bagels, muffins, pastries, and more. The coffee is also much better than before. The new owners are clearly working hard to rebuild the reputation of this place — and it shows. I’ve been back several times since the reopening, and the difference is night and day!

Morgen was spectacular! I went in on 09/01/2024 to get six donuts and got six more for free. Aside from what I gained from a monetary perspective, her service was memorable, which is no small feat for a 90-second endeavor

The sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was amazing & both the maple frosted, and double chocolate donuts were very tasty!
