Ded for a Friday night. Drinks not consistent at the bar. Staff not attentive(bar), and everyone was “you guys”. I think our waitress (table service)was hitting the bottle in the back room. I wish we (brought 3 people with me and this place was on my suggestion) had a better experience! I live in town, just moved here about a year ago, not going back. Menus had fingerprints all over them. Ribs, small. Mac n cheese, a winner!!! Wedge salad, too small...barely a wedge. Meatloaf, ok. Wine pour, a winner!!! Best part? The Hostess!!! And, Better than Kitty's!!! Update! The manager responded to this review and I have to say I'M IMPRESSED! They offered a refund and we declined, instead, I offered an update to say THANK YOU for being so attentive to this information and circling back with the staff and using this as a training. It's so rare that an apology or follow up comes through these days. Thank you Paige, and Horseshoe Grill.
I was at the bar so it was very busy. Great servers and the food was amazing. Very strong drinks too
Meh food, meh atmosphere, dining room super noisy from something going on in the bar and a server who couldn't be less interested in his job. Dishes not cleared until we asked that they be. Got the bill without being asked if we wanted dessert or coffee and then argued with when we said we hadn't been asked. Then waited 15 minutes for the dessert and lukewarm coffee. Relatively inexpensive, which is good considering that the food is completely uninspired. And PS, the restaurant was practically empty.
Took almost 50 min to get food, when arrived one order was over cooked, one order was under cooked and two of the orders were very dry. Service was slow and confused from start to finish. Not attentive, had to ask manager for updates. Front desk was unprepared for reservations and walk ins. Kitchen was slow and no quality checks. Normally a good place to go. Very disappointing for mother day. Maybe they had an off night.
Holidays aren't their thing. We waited 20 mins before we had to ask who our server was. No water, cornbread, or acknowledgement. Luckily the server we asked, Michael happily took us on but he had way too many tables, poor kid. Veggie we ordered was green beans for 3 meals. Someone brought them out w/broccolini. We inquired and were told they ran out and replaced them. However noone told us and we don't like that. 2 of us asked to switch to fries, 1 to rice. The rice didn't come so we had to ask our server who had no idea they swapped it unknowingly and he wasn't told they ran out. Service was superslow. Tables waiting throughout. It was the same when we did an Easter reservation years ago. Very disappointing Mothers Day dinner.
Great Mother's Day dinner, nice place great service and food was delicious, Waitress was so nice, attentive 😊
Perfect for our early Saturday dinner with toddler. Good menu selection. Service a little slower than expected, but server was courteous and professional.
We chose the Horseshoe to celebrate our grandson's 7th birthday. While the food was acceptable, I remember it from year's ago being much better. For example, the chicken pot pie was a bowl of shredded chicken and vegetables with a piece of crusty bread placed on top. Difficult to eat and not entirely appetizing. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive and the seating was comfortable. Horseshoe is worth a visit. We only suggest paying extra attention in selecting an entre'
Usually sit at the bar or the patio when the weather is better. Reset on the restaurant side for the first time and it was really nice. No one rushed us, but our server was always available. It's worth the try if you're in the area.
Food was only warm, Meatloaf was dry, green beans could have been cooked more. had to ask for the corn bread. desert was suppose to come with strawberrys on top,did not had to ask for them.

Wonton app is great. Pot pie needs little more seasoning, but the thickness of the sauce is good. Comes with nice puff pastry. The Reuben is great. Steak flatbread is great. Nice atmosphere and relaxed. Nice bar area.
Wide variety of good food with an option for everyone. Our group loved our meals: Veggie flatbread; short ribs; and BBQ Ribs. Warm, family atmosphere with attentive, friendly service. Recommend.
