In an area with a pizza place on every block, Mario's is a real gem! The atmosphere is modern but cozy and is tastefully decorated. The chairs are so comfortable and the service is high quality. The pizza its self was delicious! I can't wait to come back for the martini bar!Vegetarian options: They had a lot of options on the menu but I had a veggie pizza and it was so good!

Great stop for a quick bite to eat, the lunch portion is just the right size. The flavor is right on whether it's the red sauce or the wine sauce. Drinks are on the smaller size for the money but overall a solid 4.5. Stop in and check it out, it is worth it.

We went here because of the martini bar. The bartender was friendly and funny, she made the best Lemon Drop martinis I ever had! We had the shrimp egg rolls and BBQ chicken fingers appetizers. Delicious! Located in a strip mall in Nirth Reading. We will be going back and bringing friends.

Everyone who works here is so sweet and nice! Anytime we order pizza for the office we choose Mario’s- All of us agree that it’s the best pizza spot in the area! Much love to their Rancho pizza.

I always drive by this restaurant to go to stores nearby and always wanted to try it. Once I went and it was closed. Never went back till one Sunday I was looking for a late lunch and I finally stopped. I read the reviews and they seemed to be liked. You walk in and it's small but it's a nice place. The only thing is they have a few half booths and the rest tables. There is a bar with lots of chairs. I was very cold there. I guess they didn't have heat on so I kept my jacket on. I saw another customer do the same. It's an Italian restaurant and the prices are reasonable. They have lasagna, chicken parm., eggplant parm., chicken cacciatore, salads, pizzas and they have appetizers as well. I ordered the chicken cacciatore and you pick the pasta. I got linguini. My daughter ordered the chicken parmigiana with linguini. They give you rolls. For the appetizer we got the arancini. My daughter likes the arancini and this was the best she has had! I liked it too. My meal was very good. I used to go to Cafe Luigi for it and when they closed I missed it. But this was very good and filling. My daughter enjoyed her chick parm. as well. It got very busy later and just one waitress but she always came to check on us. She was very attentive and very nice. It was a pleasant surprise that a d j came to do sports trivia. They had loud music, like I was transported to a Boston nightclub. It was a fun day for sure. I enjoyed the trivia even though didn't answer many questions right. Turned out to be a fun Sunday night. I am so glad I finally got to try it and I will be returning when in the area.

Finally tried this place after years of driving past, and was presently surprised. The inside is nice it looks newly renovated. They have a bar area and some tables inside. They bring you bread with this oil dipping sauce, it was good. We then ordered arancini, and it was the classic Sicilian way--beef and peas. They were yummy. I ordered the chicken parm and it was good. A generous sized cutlet served with linguini. I liked the cheese they put on the chicken parm too, like a mozerella. It was tasty and huge I couldn't finish it. They also had a sports trivia that night which we didn't know about beforehand, but were happy to participate in. The bar was packed and lively so that was fun to watch. Also I think a manger or possibly owner came around to ask how everything was, which was nice. Will be back.

We did take out. We got the Insalada pizza. It was excellent! Fresh tomato fresh garlic! Crispy crust. Just excellent. They remodeled not too long ago. Looks like they can get more interior seating, but on a Friday night having the register right at the front door and people waiting in a very small area really lacks Feng shui.Nonetheless the pizza was terrific. Will be back.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a family-friendly restaurant.

I live in the North End and the Sicilian style crust rivals the best pizza in Boston! It was that good! Very friendly staff too.
