I’m always disappointed when people try to blame their language barriers when theyre really just horrible at their jobs. The woman took my coupon code put it on someone else’s order. Then when I got to the window attempted to charge me full price for something I had a coupon for. Not once did anybody try to rectify the situation the manager just tried to encourage me to pay full price

I don't even know where to start it's definitely hard to say it's only a bunch of kids working and playing in this particularly business they have a really nasty attitude when you tell them they put something wrong and over everything it's always always something wrong they forgot something they give you wrong stuff if you come back they give you really bad attitude they trying to blame you for something they trying to say you don't say about it or you don't mention about it it's definitely the worst McDonald's I dare to say in whole United States because you not only going to have the wrong food either way they going to give you attitude if you there to complain and when you trying to complain about it it's just a bunch of kids trying to blame you for everything and most of them they barely can speak English look like it's most of them they are family members I don't know but I don't recommend it this place at all every single time you going to have a really bad experience I really believe they have a really bad score from McDonald's Even the manager what they have it in the night time it's like you've been talking with the 12-year-old kidGod bless you and protecting you if you're trying to go right there because you experience will be definitely horrible

Had food missing from my walk in order. Found a long hair in one burger. 2nd burger had a patty not fully cooked. While in there a second time to fix since I apparently hate myself so much, staff was again inattentive. Another customer was ignored so long she walked behind the counter to get her own cup. All hail corporations 🙏

Rude managers and most workers. Took me 20 minutes to get it today to get two cheeseburgers and a small fry. I was treated like a laughing stock when I complained they were all laughing. Nobody speaks English. terrible inside service. I worked there years ago and their customer service went downhill 99% terrible management program now. obviously..???

Like always the phone is not working and they are open this 11pm. They missed a few items in our takeout and I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company now . This is the 3rd time they have done this .

I ordered from the North Reading McDonald’s last weekend for my three grandchildren. When they handed me the bag at the pick up window, I only had two of the orders. Eventually, they gave me the third order, but it was not what I asked for. It was very difficult communicating with the gentleman who was taking new orders and that’s probably where the first issue started. Finally, I ended up with the correct order with an extra four nuggets inside. Very disappointing.
