I watched as my food was prepared without gloves, unsure when the person last washed their hands, touching their own face and hair. The business seems to be run by unmonitored teens and 20’s burnouts. The floors were dirty, trash piling up. They got several other customer’s orders wrong, then openly mocked them when they left. I won’t be coming back.

All of you baristas were extremely unprofessional and rude. There was not a single person in the lobby, yet I was ignored for 10–15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me — let alone took my order. To make matters worse, I was overcharged.
If customer service and basic respect for paying customers is too much to ask, then this location will never receive another dollar from me. Please invest in training, courtesy, and some actual decorum.

The late day/night crew are abysmal. They often get orders wrong, laughing out back that they gave wrong fulfillments on purpose, which I observed while drinking a coffee they also prepared incorrectly. They smoke cigarettes and weed in the rear dumpster area. They harass patrons of other stores in the strip mall that walk or park nearby via the drive through speaker. Just avoid the place after 3pm

How do you guys make such a terrible latte at this location?! Come on!
It’s actually diabolical for them to be charging customers 6.50 for essentially a cup of ice with three sips of drinks and maybe 1 fully sliced dehydrated strawberry lol.

Great food, great service.
Starbucks is always good, but this one isn't good at all. Slow and you need to repeat your order several times to the barista. And there's a barista named Michael and he doesn't know what you say and you repeat your order so many times. I'm done with this place. Won't be back.
The person will take care of me was Andrew it was really professional really nice and very kind it's not enough to say about him I really appreciate the service while he gave it to us we definitely recommend this place it's definitely way much better the other Starbucks around like they give you a bunch of bull crap just for a bill this person really fix problems and really take care about customers

this used to be one of the best, what happened? long wait times and drinks made incorrectly…
Only one that ever seems to make my coffee right.

Don't go to Starbucks that often so I don't know what kind of stuff you guys have. But Chelsea hooked it up. Explained the diff between blond and regular expresso. Made the decision so much easier

I would like to express my concern about a recent experience at the Starbucks location in North Reading. During my visit, I placed a simple order for a Birthday Cake Pop at the drive-thru. However, when I arrived at the window, I was made to wait for 15 minutes. When the employee finally opened the window, she spoke to me in an unprofessional manner, snapping at me for allegedly driving off before she could take my order. This interaction was particularly concerning as it took place in front of my young daughter and while I was on an important healthcare call which was on hold.
When I contacted the manager to discuss the incident, I was disappointed to find that rather than addressing the employee's behavior, the manager defended her actions and attributed the issue to an outdated system.
I believe it’s important for a business like Starbucks, known for its commitment to customer service, to address such issues promptly and ensure that all employees maintain a professional and respectful demeanor towards customers.
