I would like to express my concern about a recent experience at the Starbucks location in North Reading. During my visit, I placed a simple order for a Birthday Cake Pop at the drive-thru. However, when I arrived at the window, I was made to wait for 15 minutes. When the employee finally opened the window, she spoke to me in an unprofessional manner, snapping at me for allegedly driving off before she could take my order. This interaction was particularly concerning as it took place in front of my young daughter and while I was on an important healthcare call which was on hold.

When I contacted the manager to discuss the incident, I was disappointed to find that rather than addressing the employee's behavior, the manager defended her actions and attributed the issue to an outdated system.

I believe it’s important for a business like Starbucks, known for its commitment to customer service, to address such issues promptly and ensure that all employees maintain a professional and respectful demeanor towards customers.

I am a regular at this Starbucks and love it here. I went through the drive-thru today and my strawberry drink was made with lemonade, not water like it was supposed to be. I went into the store and told them, and one of the wonderful employees made me a new one in the next size up to make it right!!! It was so kind :)

Let's face it we are in a time of being short staffed everywhere and things aren't always the way we want as customers. But this place really goes above and beyond for their customers. I have always gotten my drink in a timely manner, but I am also patient when things get busy(sorry but I know half you customers are not). The staff is lovely and it takes longer because they want to make your coffee right and that's how it is everytime! I will continue to come to this establishment to receive great coffee and amazing service

Told me they couldn’t do Frapuccino’s I was in the drive-through. Went inside watched them make one for a customer inside. I called them out on it, and they told me to leave. Congratulations, do you think you’re going to get hired any other job with your entitlement? Good luck!

I came here daily during my recent camping trip and this location is pretty good. Wait times can be a bit lengthy, but my orders were always made correctly and baristas were friendly. It gets pretty loud in here, but that's the fault of the patrons and not the employees.
