I asked for extra veggies and they gave me 4 olives slices and 3 pickle slices asked for some shredded cheese they charged me $3 for a half of a pinch. I got a foot long and a drink and it was $20 I looked at the person at the register with surprise look and she was the one actually acting offended. Mama I just got a weak ass sub and a drink and you want $20. I’m the one who should be upset. Now if the sub was healthy and not looking like an empty roll of bread I wouldn’t be complaining. I’m a fat guy obviously I don’t mind paying for food, if its worth it.

I stopped in for a steak n cheese and got food poisoning. The two gentleman behind the counter were nice at least so I tipped them both 5 each. 2 hours after I left I went to the E.R. The next day I asked to speak to the owner keon, he called me back and didn't care at all. I've worked in food service my entire life and I know that if one thing goes wrong in transit, it can destroy an entire shipment.Thanks to keon's business practices not only am I not returning, I'm never eating subway again.

The employees are pleasant and friendly. However they put way too much meat on the sub and really just too much of everything. It was difficult to enjoy the sandwich because it was such a mess. The guy was actually struggling to close the sandwich. Other than that, the experience was pleasant overall and the restaurant was clean.

5 stars for the staff that works there, I’ve always had a great in-store experience but 1 star for the new owner who apparently doesn’t upload menus on time and makes it so they no longer accept Subway coupons.

It appears the store was purchased by new owners during the height of the COVID outbreak. Now that things are opening up in Massachusetts, I have started to come out for my lunch subs and it is always a pleasant and friendly experience. The staff is very polite, they take extra steps to sanitize and keep the place looking clean and fresh and that makes the overall experience pretty good. The subs are standard subway sandwiches; nothing extra special there just good sandwich that I can customize to my liking which is nice.

New management is doing a really good job at maintaining a nice clean restaurant. I stop in a couple times per week to get lunch and the workers are always friendly and polite. They do a good job making sandwiches and wraps to my liking in a neat a quick manner. Will keep coming here. Good job guys
