Food is good, prices are good but the place is dirty. We sat at a booth and there was rock hard French fries down in the Crack of the seat cushion. There were many and they were there for awhile. The place also has a musty smell when you walk in.

One of the best salads ever! I should have taken a picture. It took longer to get my order than I expected but when it came out I understood why. It was so fresh and meticulously prepared and I could not eat it all as it was a very large portion. Cannot wait to have it again

Teresa’s grill 19 is a great place to eat! But according a past response, getting a generous portion in a turkey club is apparently a bad thing! By the way, if you’re over the age of 5, hopefully you aren’t complaining about how your sandwiches are cut but to each their own. maybe next time specify if you want the sandwich cut into 2,4 or 6 pieces! I’m sure they’d be willing to cut the crust off for you as well. Maybe even use a cookie cutter to cut the sandwich in a fun shape. Anyways I reccomend the turkey club served by the “jerk lady manager” she’s great!

Super friendly staff and great tasting food. The place itself looks a bit outdated, like worn out seat cushions in the booths. Also felt they were a bit understaffed. Using a restroom is whole other challenge as it appeared that it had no heat at all.

Went this evening ordered turkey club. Clubs are always cut into 4 triangles I got to halves 4 inches high could not put it in my mouth and it fell apart all over the plate. Lady Manager laughed and said "that's a good thing there was plenty of food in the sandwich " what a jerk. Manager or owner upstairs at Teresa's prime came right down made sure I was okay and apologized took everything off the bill. That lady manager should be fired. Never going back ever!

Worst experience ever!My husband and l went last night after seeing a movie. We arrived at 6:15pm and sat at the bar. There were a few customers at the bar and the restaurant was empty. I had one cocktail and my husband had one glass of wine. Around 6:30pm, my husband asks the bartender for menus and one more glass of wine.There were 3 bartenders working and we could not get the attention of one to put a food order in as they had put their heads down and pretended not hear my husband. Finally, at 7:35pm, l said to my husband that l wanted to leave as we then noticed that the restaurant was now fully packed and customers were eating.My husband paid the bar bill and said he was very disappointed with the the service, to which the bartender did say that the drinks were on the house. I did try to speak to the young male manager about the situation while he was at a customers table and just like the bartenders, put his head down. I went upstairs to Prime and spoke to Joe and told him of our experience and he was more than apologetic and offered us dinner and drinks on the house. I thanked him but just wanted to go home.I did call to speak to the manager when l got home to which he told me that we were lucky that the restaurant had people that actually wanted to work and l should be happy that the drinks at the bar that we had were taken off the bill. And in addition, to his sarcasm, he hung up on me! Absolutely zero class, terrible service! I did call back and told him that now l understand why his restaurant for the most part is always empty.By all means, go upstairs to Prime. It's a little bit more expensive but definitely worth your time and experience.Marianne Carbone

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely gives the feeling of a fine dining restaurant. Even the owner stopped by our table to welcome us and chatted for little. We were there for dinner near closing time, and no one was rushing us to get us out the door. Offering to refill our sodas and up selling us on deserts. The food taste was very high quality and flavorful. I would highly recommend you make a reservation, and finding the place can be difficult without a GPS.

Attentive, professional service from Matt and Tyler!

Dietary restrictions: Was not accommodating with how I wanted my sides. Just no butter. Plus management very rude. We spend over $100 every time we go there. Won't be going back there and will let all my friends know as well.
