From the appetizer to the meal to the service, the food everything was excellent. We went out on New Year's Eve. It's a very busy night considering they were full. They did an excellent job.

It was a beautiful day! One wall of the dining room was all glass and it was snowing so it literally looked like we were in a snow globe! We were celebrating Christmas Eve day with our family. We were opening our gifts and had plenty of room. We were seated by the fireplace! The food and service were excellent! The owner came over to our table and checked in with us! I would definitely recommend Teresa Prime Steakhouse for dinner or an event!

Service was good but maybe a little too informal for the price point and type of restaurant. Raw bar items and cocktails were excellent. We had a pasta and risotto entree that were both just ok. The fra diavolo pasta was overcooked, swimming in sauce, and could have used more heat. The risotto was undercooked such that each grain of rice was a little crunchy in the middle. Wines by the glass were a good value.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Teresa's Prime. Getting there was easy; parking was a breeze and the service was excellent. I loved the pace of the meal -- slow enough so you can enjoy things but quick enough so you weren't sitting for a long time to wait for your food. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and we really enjoyed the Lemon Ricotta donuts were a perfect ending. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing experience! We typically frequent your Woburn location, and absolutely love it. We were talking to Jeff and we had no idea your company owned a steak house as well. We had an incredible experience this weekend. I believe her name was Jenna, manager. She was so sweet, warm, inviting and professional. Steaks cooked to perfection, with professional hospitable service by our waiter. We cannot wait to come back and celebrate with family before Christmas. 😊

I made reservations thru Open Table for Saturday night (11/3/25) for 3 people at 6:30pm. We arrived on time and the host sat us at 6:50pm. Within 5 minutes someone came and gave us water and bread. We never saw anyone after that. A server never came to our table so we left at 7:20pm. We stopped by the host desk and let them know that we are leaving and that a server never came to our table. They were horrified and apologetic. But that was it. They didn't try to remedy the situation, they just let us leave. I've been to Teresa's more than 6 times prior and love the atmosphere, food and service. I was so disappointed that this happened as it was our 32nd anniversary and my mom was taking us out to celebrate.

Martinis were not great. They didn't have a wine in the menu. Calamari was drenched in 2 sauces, which was cooked well otherwise. Steaks, mashed potatoes and squash were delicious. Mushroom risotto was awful, dry and crunchy. Our waitress Tony was friendly and apologetic for delays. The price was high. Would return for a drink and burger at the bar.

Teresa's Prime is a lovely restaurant. We had Alan as our server who was excellent! We were celebrating a friend and she received a sweet treat at the end of our dinner which was a nice touch. Our meals were good but truly nothing remarkable.
Great restaurant!! We love the ambience. Met another couple for a Saturday night dinner out. Great choices on the menu and Deb was a great server.

I recently ate here with my family for my mother’s birthday. The entire restaurant was so hot we were all sweating. But the food, was so disappointing and honestly disgusting. My sisters order was never put in and she had to wait another 15-20 minutes to get her food while the rest of ours was getting cold waiting for hers. My husbands meal was very bad he couldn’t eat the steak he said it tasted spoiled. My mother was nauseous the rest of the night, while I got very ill from the food. I was throwing up the entire rest of the night. They charge $90 for steak and mashed potatoes for it to literally end up in the toilet. I did reach out to them regarding this horrible experience and they did not respond at all. Avoid eating here. They serve food that is about to go bad for their specials. Clearly. Very disappointed they couldn’t even get back to me about this.

We needed an after 7pm dinner for my daughter's 21st birthday on a Sunday night. Theresa's was recommended and accepted our 7:15pm request even though the closed at 8:00pm. Food was outstanding, service was fabulous and we did not feel rushed. Highly recommend Theresa's Prime for your next important dinner.
