We wanted to try this restaurant again after a previous lackluster experience. Weāre not against old fashioned American-style Chinese food, but this food is not good. The salt and pepper shrimp had uncooked flour in the batter and were inedible. The sweet and sour chicken was actually served as battered chicken fingers with a watery candy-red liquid. The beef chow fun was oily and mushy.
We ordered by uber eats after a long day, and we were surprised to see the driver waiting at the restaurant for a long time. We finally decided to call about an hour after the order was placed and were told they were out of the vegetables ordered and didnāt know how to proceed. They didnāt reach out to us, so if I didnāt call, the driver would probably still be waiting. We agreed to have the dish refunded. After delivery, we realized we were also short on the spring rolls ordered. This time, when we called the restaurant, we were told we needed to phone back after 9pm to be considered for a refund for both dishes. All things considered, a regrettable experience.

Tired decor and meh food. Salmon nigiri was okay, the hamachi was awful. The fried rice bland and the shrimp and broccoli dishes were unspiced and flavorless. Sorry, Reading, this place is a pretty bad take on Asian cuisine.

This place seems nice, but they don't get your order correct. My mom has a severe shellfish allergy, and we always state this when we order. But this time, it was bad. We went to pick up our order, got home and they gave us the wrong order! Lobster and fish. Unacceptable. My family now orders from the China Cuisine down the street. Go there or anywhere else instead!

Went in the grab some food last night, although there was people inside they were at the bar. No one in the regular seating area, anyways we were sat. We had this female waitress who was either having a bad day or just wanting out. She was staring at us the whole time, or leaning against our booth. The second we finished anything she was taking our plates away. Now I can understand providing great customer service but this lady was making us very uncomfortable. I we really liked this place so Iām not sure what her issue was. But probably wonāt go back for a bitā¦the server was a woman with black glasses and her hair kind of up in a bun. She seemed ok but they way she made us feel was as if we werenāt welcomed..

I just left the restaurant after a disappointing experience. Our server, a woman wearing black glasses, was noticeably rude. When we asked questions, she responded with one-word answers and snapped at us, making the interaction uncomfortable.
I've been a regular customer for years and have always requested to substitute the pork fried rice with chicken fried riceātypically for a small additional chargeāwith no issues. However, when I made the same request this time, the server simply said āno.ā When I mentioned that Iāve paid extra for it in the past, she became visibly irritated, and the situation became tense and awkward.
To make matters worse, at one point a television in the dining area began displaying explicit adult content. Both our table and another nearby immediately brought it to her attention, but she merely said āokayā and walked away without taking any action.
This experience was very disappointing, especially given the consistently good service Iāve received in the past.

Our FAVORITE spot!!! We come here about twice a month either for takeout or sit down. The mai tais are amazing and the sushi deal sun-tues cannot be beat. We were coming here even before this deal because we love the quality of food and service. The manager/owner (unsure who he is) is the NICEST guy! We have only had amazing experiences here!

I mostly come for the bar, sushi, and keno. so thatās the only reason why I did three stars for the food just cause I havenāt tried so much of it. Crab ragoon, chicken fingers and sushi is amazing! Drinks amazing! Very grateful for the service
