Honestly just the worst Wendys from a food perspective. They never have the things you want and when they do, it tastes like it’s 3 days old. Shame on me for continuing to give them chances

Went to grab a quick lunch and was happy to have Lisa waiting for us at the window . Despite being the only one working in the entire store, she had a bright smile and such positive energy . It was a one woman show and Lisa was the star . I do find it very unfair that she was put in a position to run the store alone and hope that is not a normal occurrence for her . Thank you Lisa !!!

I have been here many times before, always drive thru and the person at the window always served with a friendly smile and conversation. Tonight 10/05/2025 there was there was a lady who appears to be having a bad day and everyone was going to have and deal with it.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich to eat on my way to a meeting. The thing was not edible when I opened it up. It was way over cooked and I had no time to bring it back. Fries were lousy..cold and nasty. Threw the whole thing away. A waste of money. Will not go here ever again!

Me and my girlfriend stopped in for a quick lunch and were greeted by the friendliest cashier I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Lisa is truly a prime example of not only a great employee, but a great human being too. She has a genuine love for everyone who walks in to the store and goes above and beyond in every aspect of her job. If anyone from Wendy’s corporate sees this, I beg of you to give Lisa an award, promotion, or both. You truly do not find people like her anymore, who show up to work every day with a smile. I am not sure if this review will be seen by upper management or not, but if you’re reading this and want some nuggets, go give Lisa a visit! I sure will.

Lisa one of the Guest Service employees is the best!!! She's such a hard worker, she greets every guest with a smile and a pleasant hello. She's so sweet to my son, who has an intellectual disability, and she's very attentive whenever you need anything. Give that woman a RAISE!! ☺️
