Me and my girlfriend stopped in for a quick lunch and were greeted by the friendliest cashier I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Lisa is truly a prime example of not only a great employee, but a great human being too. She has a genuine love for everyone who walks in to the store and goes above and beyond in every aspect of her job. If anyone from Wendy’s corporate sees this, I beg of you to give Lisa an award, promotion, or both. You truly do not find people like her anymore, who show up to work every day with a smile. I am not sure if this review will be seen by upper management or not, but if you’re reading this and want some nuggets, go give Lisa a visit! I sure will.

Lisa one of the Guest Service employees is the best!!! She's such a hard worker, she greets every guest with a smile and a pleasant hello. She's so sweet to my son, who has an intellectual disability, and she's very attentive whenever you need anything. Give that woman a RAISE!! ☺️

I always go to drive thru. at lunch time. People are so unfriendly at the window and when taking the orders! Then when you get to window they just throw food out to you! No hello/thank you or words at all!! Just dirty looks

I just got food in the drive thru. The car in front of me was handed my bag of food. Then a min later they passed the bag back. I pull up. I get the same bag, that’s tore open. Already went thru. Smashed burger and the lady acted like it didn’t happen. Truly freak absurd

They are unable to read, and unable to follow instructions mobile ordered no mayo and no lettuce due to crones I’m not trying to have a bad stomach day, well first bite and oh that’s lettuce.. great. So thank you for ignoring my requests that you verbally repeated to me when I asked it had no mayo no lettuce. Do better
I haven't had Wendy's in about 10 years. The fries didn't quite hit like they used to. The frosty wil always be one of my favorites though. The sauced wings were eh, I should have got a burger. It's Wendy's, it's fast food, it's pretty much what I expected so for that I'm going to give it a 4 when possibly I could argue it was a 3.
