You order at the counter, and they delivered the food to your table. In the summer they have outside seating, as well as the inside seating. They have a huge menu and so many amazing baked goods. The food is wonderful.
The food was fine, even if the salad was watery, but the really shocking experience was that we ordered the freshly squeezed orange juice from the menu and they brought us orange juice from a can and pretended that it was freshly squeezed until we actually complained and then they acknowledged that this was canned juice and they went away and came back 20 minutes later with some really tasty freshly squeeze juice. It’s really not cool to market one thing, give a customer something else, and then lie about it…

Tldr: Can’t handle big orders, service is not great
Food is good, personally didn’t find it amazing but is ok for the price. Having said that they could invest on customer service. Our order was taken in the counter in a piece of paper so small it didn’t even fit, such that some of the entrees were written vertically at the edge of the sheet. Naturally they missed 2 entrees (It was a big order), and didnt even apologize, they claimed we were wrong. To make it worse the second one they didn’t fully missed they just gave it to another table by mistake. We asked for the refund of that dish and they insisted they had it already in progress, we had to enter into a discussion to get a refund. Anyway last time here, I guess they can handle small simple orders.
