Way over priced but good. Bagel egg sausage and cheese $6.38 ?

Love the bagels but hate having to eat outside and freeze my butt off. They should really allow indoor dining again.

Really gone downhill. I get Covid has changed a lot of things but I have been here twice and first time they had only one type of coffee. Today i went in at 7am to get bagels and they only had about 13 bagels total. Not sure how they plan to sell bagels with that amount. They have the greatest egg bagels when you can get them.

onion bagels are “discontinued.” Are you kidding me. Brueggers has one job.

While I think their bagels are pretty good, the attitude of the staff cancels that out every time I go there. When I went in the other day to pick up some bagels, the woman behind the counter jumped back like I had the plague. This after at least 7-8 feet of space between us and both wearing masks. Lighten up! I know COVID is serious but so is customer service

bagel with butter..seems easy enough..unless of course she decides to make ALL the orders for the people BEHIND you, while your bagel turns cold and waits on the counter..../ Not a big fan of her gloves touching meat then touching my bagel ....Left before...finalizing that transaction!

Better chance winning the lottery than this place answering your call!! Called 30 times in a row ?

They’ve not once answered my phone call for take out, and when I came in person there was only 1 person working who told me it would take 30 minutes for one bagel. Needs to be run better, the food is great whenever I can get access to it, even thought it’s so difficult for no reason.

Order toasted bagel, it wasn't. Ordered regular coffee, it was hazelnut. ordered a dozen bagels and one of them was already cut and toasted.

Bonkers for Bagels

This place is the first place I first have the bagel. Since that first time (2014) I have these fist bagel (in 2014) I have become bonkers. For bagels. Bonkers for Bagels™. Since pandemonium has ensued I have not been able to be inside this place where I first ate the bagel but I order on the phone and sometime even walk up to the door and konck and they come to the door and I place this order for me. The people always so nice to me and say "Hi today! What can I get for you to enjoy today sir?" I always smile and say "Hi!" too and place my ordour. Becasue of the face mask then cannot see the shape of my mouth making this smile but they know still that I be smiling at them. I think they can tell by looking into my eyes deeper still and can see the smile inside of me showing itself to them to see it. I have tried many different styles and kinds of baegles in many different styles and kindds of sandwitches and cheese cream spreads. They say the bacon peppered but I say, "No way!" It is still always so sweet. I like the other meats that they cooks though so it is not a deal breaker for me that this bacon is too sweet. I also enjoy when they place the deli meat in a sandwish style. I always get the receipt hoping to fill out the survey to tell the corporate overloads how well they keep making them bagel in downtown Northampton. And how well they keep making the customer (me) happy and feel well too. When I first began filing out this surveys the incentive for to feel them pout was from 1 dollar to 2 dollare off discount for sandwhich of any kind you can get there. Now when you can tell them how you feel on the survey you can get 3 free bagels of any kind of bagel that you can get there. I can then take them home and have them my way! Which can change dependent on the day and what I am feeling!? I am always feeling good. I takes it easy and I layback boy! Keep going to there people! They make the bagels with love in them. Hopefully you (Bruegger's) continue to keep making these bagel!!!!!

Called to place an order or a coffee and a bagel. Was told it would be 15 minutes... really?? There was no one waiting in line outside. Sorry guys, I have things to do

Workers refused to wear a mask while preparing food for curbside pick up! People leaving without their food. I asked them to re-prepare my food with their mask on that they put on to come deliver it out the front door. They refused so I left.

I went here today to grab a couple breakfast sandwiches. Once Kim picked up the phone, you could hear the attitude, not sure what her attitude was about as soon as she picked up the phone. I ordered during the COVID-19 Pandemic because I want to help businesses around me. I put the order in and I realized she didn't even tell me the total and didn't tell me how I could pay. I tried calling back after I realized that and they did not pick up the phone. I got to Bruegger's and called them when I was outside like I was told, and Kim picked up the phone again. I told her I was outside ready for pick up and she responded "Ok, I'll be out in a few minutes to bring it out" STILL NOT TELLING ME A TOTAL OR HOW TO PAY. So I asked her how we are supposed to be paying with this whole thing going on and she said cash, card whatever. I asked her what my total was and she told me she would tell me what the total is when she brings the food out to me, so unbelievably rude. I will never be going to Bruegger's ever again, their customer service has always been bad but this was extremely rude. I got home and ate my sandwich, the bagel wasn't even toasted all the way and the bacon wasn't cooked fully. NEVER AGAIN!

If I want bagels I drive out to Northampton Brueggers, they consistently serve the best bagels , much better than the Brueggers near me. I thought they were all supposed to use the same recipe but clearly these are superior.
