Best BK in western Massachusetts always gets my order perfect & never thrown away my soda when I am ever in the bathroom as an autistic person I have to frequent the bathroom more than other people so I appreciate them great with all kinds of folks also no queerphobic experiences here either. Even got compliments on my pink hair. Wheel chair friendly also for those with chairs.

The young man that waited on us was pleasant and efficient. The food was hot, flavor good and service speedy. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean.

On my way home today I saw an ad. for the new Brisket Whopper. Something made me turn around and head straight for this BK. Ordered on the App which is always the way to go. Line of one person before me took FOREVER. I tried to get out of line but the car behind me was too close. After I received my order I gave the Brisket Whopper a good once over. May not be the most pathetic sight ever, but close. To me it looked like someone opened an expired can of Dinty Moore Stew, dug out some gravy and one shred of beef, then wiped it on my burger with a piece of used toilet paper. I had to wipe everything off and just eat the burger. But after seeing that doo doo topping, I’m done. Still nauseous. Seriously, who thought of serving this to a human being?

The person taking our order was very pleasant and was nice enough to bring us our food when it was ready instead of having us wait at the counter. Our meals were hot fresh and delicious, both Whopper juniors fries and onion rings thoroughly enjoyed it Burger King will always remain my favorite

Lovely, updated location with super pleasant staff. Dining area is tidy and restrooms are clean. Staff is friendly.

I don't share reviews typically but i really think its worth it, id just like to put a spotlight on the manager that was working 3/13 came in at about lunch and they had a bit of a rush but you could see their leader skills were immaculate. From calling out orders to making sure staff was up to speed they did great!!! Idk something about seeing a good manager makes me smile, keep doing your thing!!! I think her name was Jen!!

I paid for a LARGE breakfast meal of a LARGE coke LARGE hash brown and 5 French toast sticks and had to wait 15 extra minutes to receive a MEDIUM coke MEDIUM hash brown barely half full.
Out of control employees who mock customers and bully their fellow coworkers.
That one guy should be fired.
