Aylin (I believe) and Angel helped me so much! They were so kind even for it being so late. They also had all items in stock, which the other chipotles nearby struggle with! Will be returning soon ☺️

I placed a mobile order and was waiting about 25 minutes for my order. I went inside and there was a worker standing at the counter doing absolutely nothing. I asked if she could make my bowl and she told me no, and that there’s a “system”. There was another woman waiting as well and she was there before I was. I’ve been here multiple times and there are always issues. They make my order wrong and the workers are so rude and incompetent. I’m never coming back to this location. I’d make the trip to the Hadley location if you want better service and properly made food!!!!

Guy was rushing through my order, added 2 things I didn’t want and didn’t even give me a moment to respond to questions. I can’t do dairy and dude pours the queso on without even looking up and then adds more before I can even ask for what I want. Can I order what I want here?

First visit. I'm usually at the Hadley location, whose service and preparedness(not all meats ready upon opening is a big fail) is uneven. My 2 barbacoa burritos yesterday were delish...the meat spicing/flavor a bit different from Hadley, which was a surprise...not a negative. I didn't realize that could happen but I guess the spices are put together in store. I would mos' def come by again.

Kind of lackluster. We eat at Chipotle often but this location was disappointing. It was late afternoon, so not a super busy time. The dining room was messy and tables hadn't been cleaned and the trash was overflowing. The bathroom was also a mess. And the food wasn't up to the usual standard. My bowl was very bland and the spices didn't taste right. And the chips were stale. I don't think we'll go back.

Well run fast-mex. Had a vegan bowl with blackbeans, brownrice, and vegs, with delish sauce. Variety of seating and plenty of space. Parking was plentiful for the stripmall. Convenient location too.

Don’t order different size chips, they give you the same quantity regardless. Wasted $12.80 on chips (2 smalls and 1 large) for only to get less than a bag of chips from the grocery store. At least Moe's gives you chips for free and are realistic about the portion, employees must not be considering portion size for customer. Even left a tip despite the workers just lounging, they obviously were too busy to get back to doing nothing. Wasted the gas and money when the grocery store is across the road. Don’t get scammed folks, this is our third and final time it’s happened to us at this location specifically. Never had this problem at any other Chipotle.

My dearest Chipotle,
I am so sorry that this location utterly butchered the greatness that your food chain brings to the world. My chicken quesadilla order, that I’ve been ordering for four years, has never been correct at this establishment. The chicken appears as though blood is pouring from its fresh carcass. My white rice is typically significantly oversalted to the point where I must bring a water bottle to quench the unwavering thirst that follows one bite of rice. The beans taste fresh, fresh like horse manure, and the workers, significantly understaffed, look like I kidnapped their dog and made a quesadilla out of it. Overall, your restaurant is dirty, understaffed, incapable of making a simple quesadilla, and I would be willing to buy it for $20. If you are interested, let me know.

Really bad service
Food ok but they need more staff and never seen such a disorganized chipotle. It's not appatizing when you have abunch of trash in the background either. ALSO WARNING TO PEOPLE THEY NEED TO EITHER LEARN THE REGISTER OR JUST ORDER ONLINE BECAUSE THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU NOT A BIG DEAL OVERCHARGED $2 AND A FEW CENTS BUT STILL BEWARE HERE EVERY OTHER LOCATION I ORDER THE SAME THING AND THIS WAS THE ONLY LOCATION IT CHANGED NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN.THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF LYING ON YOUR RESUME PEOPLE NEED TO PAY ATTENTION WHEN ORDERING HERE

We travel 40 minutes (southern VT) for your stores hospitality and thoroughness. You ALWAYS have fresh meat and the grilled onions and peppers. It's also a huge plus you keep the vinaigrette in stock! Hands down the best chipotle we've had!!
