Rude staff hung up on me 3 times didn't want to take my oder over the phone.

Always has great coupons, customer service seems pretty good. Order placement to ready for pickup is always speedy fast.

Who ever answered the phone on Father’s Day at 6:11 pm is very rude and needs to lose his job been waiting almost a hour for my food and I bet the pizza is gonna be nasty and cold

Ordered a cheese pizza. The driver smelled like alcohol and there was bacon on the bottom of my pizza and in the pizza but not on top. I do not eat meat. Gross.

Order online to make sure that you get exactly what you want and the best price (coupons). Pizza is always hot and tasty, especially compared to other dominos I’ve been to. I will say they seem maybe understaffed and the mood inside can be a little stressed.

My order was wrong which is okay people make mistakes but when I called back they were very rude telling me well that’s how u ordered it what you want me to do and got very rude and said I can just hang up on you now and he did so as I called back he did not want to give me his name to report him all I got was Tom and that he manages this location.He should not be a manager with this type of attitude and service and than never answered the phone he kept rejecting my calls mind you this order was made by a new person they told me so maybe he’s still learning but the order was wrong and I told them it was a allergy to feta cheese and ranch and they had no consideration to say sorry or how can I help make this better I just got attitude talked to so bad and hung up on so unprofessional I will never order from here again I waisted my money on food I couldn’t even eat rediculous if you ask me

Called about this and the manager told me it was my fault for not putting in the instructions to call or text when delivery arrives. He’s right that’s true the review isn’t for that it’s for the fact that he made no effort to even be polite about it, and blamed me. And I was only medium rude on the phone. Yall need more training on customer service skills.

Run by a con artist who upcharges for basic toppings. Even something as cheap and basic as onions cost 50 cents extra and is considered 'premium'.

It was good pizza and space but took a while for the food to come over all it was good.

Love Dominos but I have been doing a lot less business with this greedy company charging us the customer a delivery fee which I find to be a kick in the face of the drivers because they keep that money it doesn't go to the drivers and the fact that this corporate greed is so petty because they are changing this fee and the vehicle's that actually bring you your food are owned by the person handling that food order so tell me what gives this greedy company the right to charge a fee for a service they don't actually own AND on top on this 3.00 to 5.00 dollar fee these greedy rotten Humans expect us to tip your driver the nerve of this greed ?? FYI the reason behind there little screw job is so they can buy electric cars with in my eyes money stolen from it's customers so if you eat at dominos regularly your are helping them deceive the people and customer look into it

They charge a delivery fee and this company owns no Vehicle's for delivery

I'm not saying there isn't a few dominos that have vehicles
Some dominos do have there own delivery system but not Northampton so we as customers are being bent over and yet we allow it ???? corporate GREED
