Domino's Pizza

December 26th, 7:00 p.m. call to report an issue with my pizza as the pizza was cut into odd shapes and a notified management immediately and he immediately put in a new order for me to be delivered

December 2nd, 2025 Tuesday at 7:45pm. The guy that works at night is so rude and extremely disrespectful. Just nasty. I ordered a new York style pizza and it has no crust and the pizza was paper thin. I called and asked nicely if they can reimburse or credit the pizza since I didn't order ultra thin crust and the guy said he was the manager and argued with me about how the new York style pizza has no crust and I mentioned I ordered the new York style pizza lots of times and it has crust and that this is the first time I got it with no crust and super thin. He told me well I'm not reimbursing you and you're not getting anything credited either then hung up on me. This is only the 4th time I ordered from this location and each time it's wrong and when you call you get a young guy on the phone and he says he's a manager and then if someone else calls right after making a complaint he says he's not the manager and that there is no manager and he's rude and nasty and does not care what issue you have with your food. I won't order here again unless there is a different manager who is caring and professional if he is there I'm not going there.

Rude staff hung up on me 3 times didn't want to take my oder over the phone.

Always has great coupons, customer service seems pretty good. Order placement to ready for pickup is always speedy fast.

Who ever answered the phone on Father’s Day at 6:11 pm is very rude and needs to lose his job been waiting almost a hour for my food and I bet the pizza is gonna be nasty and cold

Ordered a cheese pizza. The driver smelled like alcohol and there was bacon on the bottom of my pizza and in the pizza but not on top. I do not eat meat. Gross.

Order online to make sure that you get exactly what you want and the best price (coupons). Pizza is always hot and tasty, especially compared to other dominos I’ve been to. I will say they seem maybe understaffed and the mood inside can be a little stressed.

My order was wrong which is okay people make mistakes but when I called back they were very rude telling me well that’s how u ordered it what you want me to do and got very rude and said I can just hang up on you now and he did so as I called back he did not want to give me his name to report him all I got was Tom and that he manages this location.He should not be a manager with this type of attitude and service and than never answered the phone he kept rejecting my calls mind you this order was made by a new person they told me so maybe he’s still learning but the order was wrong and I told them it was a allergy to feta cheese and ranch and they had no consideration to say sorry or how can I help make this better I just got attitude talked to so bad and hung up on so unprofessional I will never order from here again I waisted my money on food I couldn’t even eat rediculous if you ask me

Called about this and the manager told me it was my fault for not putting in the instructions to call or text when delivery arrives. He’s right that’s true the review isn’t for that it’s for the fact that he made no effort to even be polite about it, and blamed me. And I was only medium rude on the phone. Yall need more training on customer service skills.
