This place is advertised on I-91 as if it’s a convenient stop but it’s not, it’s wayyy into town and there’s traffic. No drive-thru, and they’re out of so many things smh. Not a good experience- I will say though that the 2 young ladies working there were so cool - that’s like the only plus. Location sucks, not having inventory sucks, no drive-thru when the building clearly could have 1 sucks.

I am visiting my daughter’s college here from NY and this was second time visiting Dunkin’ Donuts here, first visit was awesome that’s why I came back and this time it’s totally different vibes, for some reason this young girl and little older guy made feel ….. not welcomed, I smiled and said “ good morning “ and the girl responded with no word and staring at me, anyway I felt something wasn’t right, lol but I wanted to cold brew ice coffee which I love to drink!!!!
PS: stayed in for little less than hour due to my daughter had a scheduled and I ordered something for my daughter on line before I leave. I was at the pick up section and his girl knew that the order was mine , didn’t say a word and left my order in front of her, totally ignored me…I felt she was discriminating my ethnicity ( well she didn’t treat the other ppl like this) very rude…, I hope she learned someday…….

Horrible last place on earth management suckable, just bad people bad for business, I would not take my family there .
It should surprise you as it did me to find out that there is actually a dunkin donuts with more than 4 stars.
They had just one barista, Amina, around the time I went. It was a Saturday evening. Amina was very welcoming and went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I definitely think she deserves a raise and a promotion, as she was legit holding down the fort all by herself, and multitasking the entire time.

The customer service here in unmatched. I always call ahead the day before to order boxed of Joe and assorted donuts. They never fail to have it ready by the time I request. Melinda is typically there and is always so friendly and helpful. The team really goes above and beyond. Will always choose this Dunkin over others!
