Amazing dinner on NYE! Tenderloin, scallops and dessert were fantastic. Trista is always welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere was festive and we thoroughly enjoyed a special evening with our friends.

The seafood is fresh, the grilled dishes are flavorful, and the specials show real creativity. You can grab a casual bite at the bar or settle in for a full dinner and it always hits the spot.

Eastside isn’t just a restaurant. To me it’s a community hub, a familiar rhythm in Northampton’s downtown, and a place that feels like home every time you walk through the door.

The menu is not massive which is fantastic. Id rather a place pefect 10 dishes over being par at 100 options. The menu is heavy towards seafood, but that doesnt mean its standard seafood fare. Unique offerings and pairings are a subtle but pleasant change from the surrounding establishments. I recommend this place to anyone traveling into the area.

Went to Eastside Grill for my oldest son 35th birthday. We had a party of 11, our server Alexza was fantastic!!! She nailed it with great service, personality and professionalism.
Our food was delicious, the only hiccup was the mussels had excess sand. The seared scallops and steak tips were great. Further down the table looked like they enjoyed their food.
In the past it has been hit or miss, this visit was a hit.

Food was excellent along with a friendly waitstaff and pleasant atmosphere. We sat out on the deck on a mild October evening. They had heaters going and it made for a relaxing dinner. Will definitely have to come back soon! The catfish bites were spectacular, as was the key lime pie for dessert.

The food and the atmosphere are both very good, and the staff extremely friendly and attentive. They lean towards a Cajun menu selection, but there are a number of other offerings to choose from as well. They offer a full bar, are handicapped accessible, and their prices are on par with other local eateries. Parking is available on the street and a lot that is right next to them, but it can still be a challenge to find a spot during peak hours.

Great Cajun food in a lovely atmosphere. My favorite is during the summer when Strong Ave is closed and out door dining thrives.

Lilli was our server and they were amazing!!!! So polite, patient, and sweet with our chatty group of 9. This was my first time at eastside and I will definitely be back- the cocktails, meals, and dessert were all incredible! I specifically recommend their cheesecake, espresso martini, and steak tip/shrimp meal!

Despite some challenges getting to the restaurant because the road it is on is blocked off for pedestrians only. But that was probably my fault for not checking before we headed off to find the location of the restaurant because next-door to the restaurant if we’d approached from the opposite direction we would’ve found more than adequate parking as it was. We found some parking on the street and fortunately they use Park mobile so it became very easy to pay for thei parking spot meter. The restaurant itself is really nice and because one of our group difficulty walking they allowed us to use the lower level door instead of having to navigate any steps, which was awfully nice. The staff actually kept an eye out for our friend. Adam, our server was very conscientious making sure that we had more than enough time to evaluate the menu check out the specials, answered our questions and when the time came, was very good at getting our orders all in. the service was impeccable. Food arrived all at the same time for the four of us. We had a bottle of wine delivered shortly thereafter, and all in all it turned out to be a very good evening. Two of us had the steak tips one had plus scallops one had steak tips plus shrimp and one of us had the shrimp and scallop pasta plate and I had the 6 ounce tenderloin that I could’ve cut with a fork or a spoon. It was so tender, and I asked for a rare and it came cooked perfectly. It was cuffed with some mashed potatoes and green beans that were done to perfection, still chewy. As full as we were, Adam managed to tempt us with Maple Crème Brûlée’s and Key Lime Pie. All delicious! I look forward to going to this restaurant when we’re in town again!
