We went out last night to celebrate our anniversary and it was a fantastic time. I need to put a shout out to Lilly who helped make so enjoyable. The food is always great but when have a server that is great at what she does it wraps up the night. Thank you Lilly for your wonderful service.

It was my first time dining with my wife tonight, and Eastside Grille exceeded my expectations. Our waitress Lilly was very informative and attentive to our every need throughout the night while working multiple tables. She never missed a beat. The food was exceptional. I ordered the steak tips with seared scallops, mashed potatoes, and roasted carrots, and they were made to my perfection. The martinis were not too strong and not too weak. The perfect balance. I will visit again because of the AAA class service and Michelin class chef culinary cuisine.

Came in recently alone, and you can tell a lot about a restaurant with how they treat solo diners. Was in the mood for steak and this was the 3rd place I went into that evening that I felt really wanted to serve me, and wanted me to dine in their restaurant. (the previous two I got the clear sense they were saving their tables for pairs, and were ambivalent about my dining there, and only wanted to stick me in some corner).Service was phenomenal, very attentive. They put me at a nice table, and waitress was very attentive and nice. I was really impressed! I got exactly what I was in the mood for - steak - and the mashed potatoes and veggies were really on point. Was able to get a tasty non-alcoholic drink (bonus points about having non-alcoholic options!) and rounded the evening out with bread pudding. Overall I was very impressed with this spot, and will be coming back HERE next time I'm in town. I've hit most of the restaurants in Northampton and I will say, this place may be my favorite spot in terms of quality of service, food choices and general positive hospitality. (Oh, and I also got the caesar salad as a side and would highly recommend that too.)

Went with family and had a great time. Service was good and the food was delicious. With three different meals and desserts eaten, only one person said their dish was a little too salty, but that may just be personal preference since they've been cooking without salt. I would recommend going here in the future!

Wouldn't even give this restaurant one star except our waitress was nice. I will never go back. Soup was burnt, entree was terrible, chicken overcooked and not edible. Extremely rude owner who as soon as our expensive bill was paid approached our table and told us very rudely that we had been there too long and we needed to leave. We had just finished after our reservation was messed up. When my friend attempted to talk to the owner, and owner stated she didn't care and for us to leave a Yelp. Awful food, awful awful and rude owner, you will be timed and then kicked out as soon as you pay your bill. There are so many great restaurants in Northampton. Definitely skip this one!!!!

We ordered the Shrimp Genevieve which came out cold, bland, dry and no sauce.We sent it back received the same dish and the only difference was that it was hot. My wife ordered a glass of wine which looked like it was 4oz for 15$ I felt the entire time we were eating the waitress was staring at us .It was quite obvious we were her last table of the night. As we left we walked by the owner who looked right at us and didn't even acknowledge are departure. Horrible experience for the second time and will not be returning,NOT impressed.
