Tried the lemon mousse with homemade penuche- delicious! Gluten free and vegan options are easy to find: clearly labeled on the menu. Portions are reasonable! Cute vibes. Max and Mirna add to the sweet ambiance. Service was great- I tried to order caramel sauce, but our server recommended I get the homemade penuche, which had a similar taste; it was lighter and grainier than caramel but delicious! Very glad we stopped by here!

Stopped at the new location in North Amherst for a sweet treat before work, unfortunately my experience wasn’t the same as it had been at the location in North Hampton. The gentleman who took my order was rude and abrasive when I ordered, snapped at me to speak up when I was 3-4 feet away speaking in a regular tone, gave me a hard time when I asked for a regular cone, made it seem as if I was an idiot when asking for a classic cone, I figured he’d understand since the other 2 options aren’t standard and you would get charged more. He was also very rude about weather I hade paid, while he was scooping the ice cream his coworker cashed me out. The unfortunate part was the ice cream wasn’t even that great( still delicious as always) but the nasty interaction made it rlly hard to enjoy. Also I’d like to add there was a father and his 2 kids who were leaving as I got inside. I’d be more understanding if it was super busy and they had a line out the door but I was the only one at the time placing an order.

My favorite ice cream on the planet ever since my first visit decades ago. Every visit takes me back to my childhood and it's just as good now as it was then. Often imitated, never duplicated. Going to Northampton and not stopping here is like going to Egypt and not seeing the pyramids. Even if you don't like hot fudge, get a jar or two for the person in your life that does. It is THE best. Banana ice cream and Heath bars is still my favorite.

Chocolate pudding is literally the best ice cream ever, according to a knowledgeable seven year old. Strawberry sorbet was very good too. The peanut butter ice cream could have been a lot more peanutty though

I have been coming here with my dad since I was very young, and it’s an amazing and nostalgic place for me. Best ice cream and ice cream cakes around. The malted vanilla with chocolate sprinkles is a standout. The staff is always really nice. The place is always packed. I cant recommend visiting enough. Everything is fantastic.

Even when there is a line out the door, the people working there are friendly and helpful. The ice cream is the best in town.

Good ice cream, prices are good. Not a ton of seating and kind of a cramped line/ordering process. Looks like they are looking out for the environment with some wood spoons and paper straws. We got four kiddie sundaes and a milk shake. Came to 26$

The line is long due to a lack of efficiency. They’re hand writing out monopoly money and texting on the floor I haven’t gotten my ice cream yet but it’s taken them 20 minutes to get through the people ahead of me - less than ten people total all in groups of two of more - with three people working the line. It doesn’t matter how good this milkshake is when I get it, unless I have 45 minutes to kill I won’t be coming back. It breaks my heart to see three employees talking over a single milkshake when there is a line of people turning around to leave because of the slow service.
