My partner and I have been passing this place for a while now, so we decided to order via DoorDash to give them a try. Unfortunately, our experience was not great. My partner ordered a steak burrito with double meat. Instead, he got ground beef (we confirmed this is different from the steak) and double rice. I ordered a carnitas bowl, however they forgot to add the cheese onto it and did not include the chips I paid extra for. The white rice on both our meals was slightly undercooked as well. This was disappointing because other aspects (carnitas, salsa, beans) were tasty and the meal had potential. Unfortunately, I don't think we will be ordering from here again.

The general managers name is Bonnie they over work their employees 10+ hours no break. I ended up having to quit due to abuse and because I quit when I went to pick up my last check Bonnie attacked me and was screaming in my face pushing me I left immediately she followed me outside called the cops and lied said I destroyed the store and is screaming in front of customers. I patiently waited for the cops to come and the customers to come outside once the customers came outside I asked them to wait with me for the police because she was trying to get me arrested they did and told the cops the truth moral of the story I wouldn’t put money in this restaurant because they do not deal in good faith.

I got a sweet teriyaki chicken taco and it was terrible. I think they steam the soft tacos because it was chewy rubbery like and had no structure to it what so ever couldn't even hold it and the chicken was over cooked and disgusting

This might be the best tasting Mexican food in Western MA. The food tastes fresh. I never like burrito wraps because they always have a weird aftertaste, but this place has different flavors and they are soo good. I had the jalapeno cheddar wrap and it was amazing. The online specials for pickup make it super affordable to get tacos or nachos too. The burrito was filling.

Service was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Walked in the door and one of the workers sighed SO loud, at 5pm on a Sunday. I had to uncomfortably ask if they were accepting customers. Made me want to walk out right away. If you don’t want to work in customer service - you probably shouldn’t! Food was good but won’t come back for this reason.
