It's a small bakery that serves the public but isn't centered around the public. It's thriving and surviving in this economy with a bake first mentality. Fabulous. Loved it. The chocolate chip cookies are heavenly. Keep doing what you do.
Best bread I’ve ever experienced!
I drive an hour every few weeks to stock up my freezer and probably eat it every day. My favorite so far is the Country bread, but all are great
Love the cookbook too, very interesting and enjoyable read for anyone who bakes bread.
