The drinks and snacks are incredible, you get everything you ordered within 1 minute. The people who work there were very nice. This Teahouse in particular has sort of a homey feeling to it. Lastly the quality of the drinks is amazing while still being generally cheap.

Nice people and tasty bubble tea, but you have about a 50% chance of getting one each time you go.In my last handful of visits:- Put in an order online. When picking up they were out of large straws for boba and said they would have more in a few minutes. 45 minutes later there were still no straws. Had to drink my tea while the bubbles stayed at the bottom. Bummer.- Put in an order online during their stated business hours. Order accepted, card charged. Walked up to the location to find them closed with a locked door, lights off, stools up on tables. No bubble tea. Bummer. Fortunately later got refunded.- Put in an order online. When I showed up there were about 7 customers hanging around, with no one who worked there on location. Other customers said the employee had to step out and would be back in about 15 minutes. I guess I should have just made my own tea?I want to love this place, but they really need to step up on running a reliable food establishment.

I come here very frequently and although I always get tasty bubble tea it seems every time I want to try to get a macaroon they never have them out or want to get them almost every person I see and ask there gives me a attitude.I went in one night at 630 the kid had not one macroon out so I asked and he said nope sorry all out but I know from experience they never run out it's just a matter of taking them out of the freezer... So I checked online and it said they had all of them and proceeded to order them online at about 645pm and sure enough he packed them up for my online order. The entire process was just frustrating and hate to say it but it happens more often than not.

Mehh hit or miss. As of lately the quality has gone down hill. The drinks taste more watered down and diluted. I haven’t been impressed like in the past.

Quick stop and grabbed two boba teas. They were both really tasty. I usually like to visit a place two or three times before I leave a review but Google was pestering me so I left a quick 4 stars!

Worst experience. Thought it would be a fun family experience. My teens had never had real bubble tea from a tea house before. This is definitely not a tea house experience. The staff had no clue what they were doing. Two of them were arguing with each other. Then, we get our bubble tea- it was overpriced water with a small amount of boba. I've had good bubble tea and this IS NOT it. This isn't even as good as bubble tea I've made at home. Each tea is $6+ and I use the word 'tea' loosely. There is no flavor to the tea. I got several different flavors for my family. We each tried each other's and we could only taste a difference with the taro and it was a subtle difference. We will never go back to this establishment. Best thing to do is to visit TransWorld in Hadley and buy your own boba and tea. That's what we will continue to do.

I love this place! Earl Gray milk tea with strawberry popping boba is one of my favorite combinations. I've quickly become addicted to their teas and now it's my favorite tea spot in this area! Highly recommended!

Busy and bustling on a warm day like today but thwy handled the lines well and got all the orders out quite quick, very tasty as well i would recommend going if you have the time!

Best bubble tea in western mass!! High quality not fake or cheap tasting fruit tea and milk teas. They use real strawberrys in the strawberry match tea too.*****They have soy milk option for people who are lactose intolerant*****The boba and popping boba are higher quality than some other shops.

The place is cute and all, but the tea in itself could've been better. $13 for 2 tea's it could've been A LOT better actually. It tasted sooooo watered down! I got a large Jasmine milk tea with boba and it was like a slight hint of Jasmin and watered down milk, blech! My brother ordered a passionfruit drink and his was actually decent tasting which is why this review isn't just a 1 star. What a letdown. Given the huge line out the door, I really thought I was going to get something good here.
