I can't believe I have never reviewed this place! Been coming for years, best burgers around! I also love the hot honey chicken sandwich and the poutine is pretty good. One thing that I really appreciate here (besides the friendly counter service) is their nice selection of flavored seltzer.

Recently tried my very first Juicy Lucy. When I say knocked me out of the park, knocked my socks off, ripped off my shirt, and blew me out of the water…… boy oh boy this is the BEST burger I’ve ever had in my entire 27 years of existence. The cooks need their backs rubbed! I’m impressed with how not messy it was, too. I thought I’d make a huge mess but it was manageable.

I go here often for lunch. Last 3 times I ordered a burger , no pink...its always pink. I've had amazing burgers in there in the past, but apparently they are going downhill. Meals online pricing across their website and search engines, proces aren't updated... said 4.99, I paid 9.62... their menu said 7.99 they charged me 8.99. No care that I was upset about it.

We stopped here for a quick meal while we were passing through town, and had truly fantastic burgers! We had the grass fed burger and the portobello burger with the hand-cut fries, and everything was fresh and tasty. I appreciated that they also offer hotdogs and poutine - I don't see a lot of places that offer it. I'm planning to try it the next time we come here. The burgers were big and not greasy, and they came out pretty quickly.
I had the grass fed dble patty ...with Cole slaw added. All I have to say it's literally the best burger of my life .....my hat goes off to you local burger ! Best burgers in western Massachusetts period.

Food is alright, they mess up a lot though. It's a shell of the place it once was. COVID made sure of that. I actually miss when you could go there at 1 am and the staff would come out yelling your order and waving it around at the rowdy drunken crowd. Now they try to push you out as soon as possible with just ok food.

Local Burger is one of the best burgers I have had. There are so many different types of burgers! The small french fries appear to be handcut. They also have hotdogs, fried & breaded pickles, along with chicken nuggets.

The staff make my day every time I visit this establishment. The food is always amazing, and you can definitely tell that despite how hard they work, they have a great atmosphere among both the kitchen and front of house. I go here often and have never been let down! Respectable restaurant and respectable staff!!
Absolutely terrible, ordered $300 worth of food and they forgot 3 of my items. When I went back in to tell them they forgot my items the staff thought I was lying. They were extremely disrespectful and showed my my receipt and proceeded to tell me everything was in the bag…. It was not. How are you going to tell your own customer that they are wrong and now they have to pay for the food again??! Absolutely crazy. They also forgot our side of sauce and told me I had to pay .75 cents for it… what kind of business is this. Will never be going here again. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We had the absolute worst experience here. After ordering our food, we opened the bag only to find it missing. When we tried to explain this to the staff, they were beyond rude. Instead of helping us sort out the issue, they accused us of lying and practically yelled in our faces! To make things worse, they made us pay an extra $30 to “replace” the food we never received in the first place.
I have never been treated this poorly at any restaurant. The staff was unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. We were humiliated for something that wasn’t even our fault. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other spots with good food and, more importantly, polite staff who treat customers with respect. This place is not worth the time, money, or stress.
