They didnt have hot salsa but they were friendly & spoke english

Pay right after you go to touch screen to order otherwise the order won't go thru. Learned the hard way as I sat with my little number posted at a table for 10 min. Watching everyone before and after me get served. Otherwise status quo fast food.

This female employee with brown hair made me feel completely ignored and made me feel like she didn't care about a single thing involving her job. She would make eye contact with me but then pretend she didn't see and just go and talk and gossip. Refusing to do her job and honestly this was unprofessional. I don't expect much from a McDonald's employee but if you are getting paid to do your job then do your job. I honestly wish I got her name because why do you still have a job here.

I ordered a medium fry and a small fry, and they both came in the same type of container. The medium paper holder was not much bigger than the small one. So, obviously, McDonald's is trying to go cheap and save money. I mean, really, it's fries. I was not very happy.

Mcdonalds is overpriced trash now. Every time I go my order is messed up. I am introverted as hell so I never complain but I shouldn't have to deal with it. Plus I don't feel like driving back for a 2 dollar item that got missed. But I'd say I've probably lost 50 dollars worth of items over the past couple years.

I waited on the counter for 30 minutes for honey mustard sauce, while the blond girl just kept ignoring me. It was 5pm on 07/28/2025. I do not know how every time I go there they forget something nuggets or a sandwich people you can’t make 20 dollars an hour if your not reading the screen in front of you and packing my food smh

I often go to McDonald's to charge devices and get a meal. Very great about allowing outlet use. I questioned the kiosks but it's actually got the employees to interact more and bring the meals to the table. Massive improvement. With that said. This location ignores that you chose table and still bags your food and does not bring it to the table. This entire facility was filthy. Every table was dirty and sticky, food all over the flood on customer side of counter and employee side. Looked like a bomb went off but you can tell nope. That's just how this place is. FILTHY. I heard one of the employees give a customer attitude and when the customer asked why are you only saying yep. And employee said because I know you just reported me. All and all. This entire facility needs a overhaul of staff.

I can always count on this McDonald’s to forget something in my order. The only thing they’re consistent at. I am having an awful day and they forgot my large fries. Usually it’s no straw, no condiments, no napkins, but I see we’re forgetting food now! For how much money this store makes these mistakes are unacceptable. I’m ordering BK.

Idk who the night crew for the date of April 22 2025 of this McDonald’s but I have to be brutally honest.
The women working were not nice, weren’t professional, and they all looked like they didn’t want to be there. Yes we all have bad days but why work if you aren’t going to serve customers the way they deserve to be served?
My grandfather and I ordered from the McDonald’s app with two separate orders and I had redeemed rewards aswell where my points were taken. So I said ok my free rewards were redeemed, mind you I do this all the time. When I go up the window the girl looks at us with a nasty attitude and claims she never saw a reward being redeemed and looks at her coworkers all confused. Instead of being professional and getting a manager you were able to tell that they were ready to let ignorance kick in and start a fight.
Never got my rewards and my grandfather pulled away and said don’t even fight over a burger. I said it’s not about the burger… it’s about having great customer service and treating people the way you’re suppose to. It’s about the principal not the damn burger!
Get it together or get a new crew!
