Moshi Moshi is likely the greatest restaurant in the whole of Northampton. The space is warm and instantly familiar, accented by the chopsticks of regulars and custom candles themed to the restaurant. The sushi is of high quality and preparation, and the head chef will always check in to make sure you are having the best experience possible. This is a great little family owned and operated restaurant, and it reminds me of the restaurants in Japan that are owner operated. When we walked in, the owner gave us a hearty greeting, and motioned for us to sit at the sushi bar, which we did. :-)
We ordered a variety of nigiri, oysters on the half shell, and hamachi kama, and they were all good. Our favorite was the Ikura with quail egg.
