Mulino’s is a Northampton classic, offering a mix of popular and less successful dishes. The pasta mains, like fettuccine, are delicious with creamy seafood flavors. The garlic bread is excellent, and the blue crab ravioli and Caesar's salad are very good. The restaurant has a classy atmosphere without being stuffy, and the service is consistently excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. It is an ideal spot for a date night, thanks to its beautiful interiors and dim lighting. The wine selection is great, and the desserts are awesome, especially the crème brûlée and limon cake, which many find yummy. The restaurant also offers gluten-free options. While some dishes like the meatballs and mahi-mahi may not always meet expectations, overall, Mulino’s provides superb food, great ambiance, and reasonable prices. Just keep in mind that parking in the area can be limited.
