Really enjoyed my visit here. The food and atmosphere were excellent! Only downside was the service. I know in this day and age we should be thankful for our wait staff because it's hard to find good help. My waiter was pleasant and kind but she failed to ask how the food was after it was delivered. She did not offer to refill my drinks, I had to ask after my meal was already completed. It was relatively slow for I dined around 4:30. Other than that the restaurant is beautiful and the food was amazing.

My girlfriend and I will not be returning after last nights date night. We were judged, our waitress was not attentive at all, snarky remarks were made by the waitress, the food was ok but the experience and our waitress ruined it all. Very disappointed because this place was highly recommended by friends and family. Please understand this is my individual experience and should not be a deciding factor to dine here.

While we enjoyed the experience, the food and service was somewhat disappointing. We ordered the Meatball appetizer and got two mediocre meatballs in a bland sauce. Not much flavor at all. My wife was happy with her Di Cognac meal of sausage and sauce over pasta shells, but my meal of Fish and Scallops over parm risotto was very disappointing. The two scallops were not seared and very small and the Mahi Mahi was overcooked and dry. The risotto was also not cooked well as the grains were somewhat hard. We each had a glass of red wine which was decent. It would also have been nice if they added a drizzle of balsamic in the garlic oil for the bread.

Review: I recently came in for dinner with my partner and unfortunately had to leave before ordering due to a negative interaction with our server. There were three menus on the table, two for food and one for drinks. My partner was holding the drink menu, and when the server asked what we wanted to drink, I asked where the drink options were since I only had the food menus. The server responded in a sarcastic tone, saying, “The one that’s in your hand.” This caught us off guard and made the interaction uncomfortable. Also it wasn’t in my hand since they were food menus. While I understand that misunderstandings happen, I feel customer service should remain polite and professional to help guests feel welcome. We decided to dine elsewhere.

I visit Mulinos regularly. The services is always great and the food even better! Perfect place to have a date night with the beautiful interiors and dim lighting. Excellent selection of wine. Love the garlic bread and crème brûlée is amazing!!
The server was fantastic but the food and drinks took forever and definitely not worth the wait. I was looking forward to going back and now I know why I haven't gone back

Have not been to Northampton for a while.so pleased with everything.sat outside on balcony.excellent service ,tasty appetizers, excellent entrees pasta and great garlic bread.drinks on point and dessert,limon cake so yummy. Price very reasonable.5 stars,can't wait to go back.finally a restaurant that provides it all,great ambience,great service,superb food and a price that doesn't gouge the guest.Awesome!!! Bravo!!

I had a high expectation going to this place because the rating was so high. However, the food was not good. Dry and salty. We ordered a pasta with salmon. Honestly they tasted premade. The salmon also tasted not fresh. Might just be bad luck…
