Really good Italian restaurant! Classy atmosphere without being stuffy... waitstaff excellent :) They even have gluten-free options! Great drink menu as well... desserts awesome 👌
Review: I recently came in for dinner with my partner and unfortunately had to leave before ordering due to a negative interaction with our server. There were three menus on the table, two for food and one for drinks. My partner was holding the drink menu, and when the server asked what we wanted to drink, I asked where the drink options were since I only had the food menus. The server responded in a sarcastic tone, saying, “The one that’s in your hand.” This caught us off guard and made the interaction uncomfortable. Also it wasn’t in my hand since they were food menus. While I understand that misunderstandings happen, I feel customer service should remain polite and professional to help guests feel welcome. We decided to dine elsewhere.

I visit Mulinos regularly. The services is always great and the food even better! Perfect place to have a date night with the beautiful interiors and dim lighting. Excellent selection of wine. Love the garlic bread and crème brûlée is amazing!!

Have not been to Northampton for a while.so pleased with everything.sat outside on balcony.excellent service ,tasty appetizers, excellent entrees pasta and great garlic bread.drinks on point and dessert,limon cake so yummy. Price very reasonable.5 stars,can't wait to go back.finally a restaurant that provides it all,great ambience,great service,superb food and a price that doesn't gouge the guest.Awesome!!! Bravo!!

I had a high expectation going to this place because the rating was so high. However, the food was not good. Dry and salty. We ordered a pasta with salmon. Honestly they tasted premade. The salmon also tasted not fresh. Might just be bad luck…

We ordered Carbonara & Chicken Parm. The food was amateur-ly cooked and served very cold. the food was way below the bar. Within next hour of the food, I had a sore on my tongue and started having diarrhea that continued until the next day.
Northampton, upstairs, Mulino’s is a gem of a restaurant. Arrived on a Saturday afternoon when doors opened at 4 and we were seated right away. The choices for our dinner were Bistecca Gorgonzola and a Pork Tenderloin stuffed with fig and Gorgonzola wrapped in Prosciutto. Both entrees were served with Risotto and Asparagus. We started with Caprese. The food was outstanding, cooked to perfection. Our server was attentive and pleasant making our first time dining experience here superlative. We enjoyed a wonderful glass of Montepulciano. We will be back!

I have lived in the area for almost two years, and honestly have been a little disappointed with the Western Mass food scene.
This place gives me hope. Their marinara sauce is so sweet and fresh. Very clean and nice inside, food is other worldly. Their menu is very unique, including several pasta dishes with combinations that I’ve never seen at a restaurant before.
Definitely will be back. If you haven’t given Mulinos a try, do yourself and your stomach a favor and go on in.

My wife and I are traveling north from Long Island for a few days. We are staying at the Hampton Inn in Hadley-Amherst (MA). The hardest thing when traveling is finding a good place to eat. We hit the jackpot tonight by finding this Italian restaurant near our hotel in Northampton, couple of miles from the hotel.
We ordered takeout and when I went to pick it up it was ready and well packed. The Chicken Francaise with mashed potatoes and vegetable medley was both tasty and delicious. We were very pleased with our choice of restaurants.
I highly recommend this Italian restaurant.

All I can say is just wow. The food and the ambience was wonderful. The server was a tad slow towards the end of our meal. It helped as well that I had a beautiful date as well. We will definitely be coming back again.
