Great biscuit ham egg and cheese. Latte also made well. Great vibe. Only note is the bread for my blueberry chèvre toast could’ve been warm/toastier but the fresh blueberries were awesome!
This place serves decent coffee and the atmosphere is ok. That said, I was repulsed from coming back here when I pointed out that bugs were flying around the baked items and the barista shrugged saying "yeah... that happens" and proceeded about his day (without throwing away the baked items). Cleanliness is essential in any good and beverage business and it's concerning to see that this place doesn't value it.
Independent cafe, good food and drinks and beautiful historic place. I only took off a star because I'm very allergic to mold and whenever I went there I would get a headache from the mold. It's either coming up from the vents (from the basement) or under the wood floor.
