Packards far exceeded expectations. Fried pickles came with 3 great sauces definitely recommend. Burgers are large and well seasoned. Duck sliders were tasty and the fries tasted very fresh. Super cool interior will try the pool tables next time. Definitely worth a stop when in Northampton

Bartenders are some of the worst I’ve experienced in my life. Unfriendly and down right aren’t happy to serve you. Feel like chopped liver in this place.

Good whiskey, Guinness draft and pour was good too. Cool spot to play some pool. Interesting but cool decorations. Overall great place for drinks

Bartender was very cool The cook came out to even ask us certain preferences on food we were ordering that was awesome Place is nice and super chill I like it Constructive criticism: lower fryer temp change fryer oil / review with vendors of choice of meat cuts the steak tips were not able to chew it’s not the establishments fault on the cut but proper inspection and purchases of stock would increase quality. Overall I would come back for drinks not sure about food next time. Best of luck
The food is trash the steak was so tough i almost lost a tooth filling and the chicken tenders were trash too. Fries were good. The sweet chili sauce was flavorless and how do you mess up on mashed.potatoes? Idk all the food here is trash no bueno in my opinion.

Sometimes atmosphere can tip the scales (versus a need for top category cuisine). Packard's has atmosphere. The adequate service will get the food you selected to your booth and the entrees will meet your need to silence your hunger pangs.

service is very nice, drinks are pricey but not too crazy, kind of has the western mass bar energy which is really unfortunate but definitely affects the experience of being there

I have super fond memories of this restaurant, and took my kids here for my daughter's birthday dinner...the menu was so limited the waiter couldn't tell us what came on the chicken sandwich, and nachos were scorched & the fried chicken sandwich was wayyy overdone. Every aspect of the food was poor. The restaurant was clean, and still very fun inside, and wanted to point that out. The food was just poor. We would t go back:(
