Hungry by 11 A.M., and to my surprise, Pinocchio's was open and ready. Over 10 piping hot pizzas on display for me to choose from. I had a slice of their stuffed pizza and paired it with a Jarito tamarind drink. The piping hot pizza was enormous--stuffed with ground beef and sausage, peppers and onion slices tomatoes, cheese and more. My taste buds celebrated the delightful flavors. One of my favorite places in the world. My favorite pizza spot around. So many choices. Friendliest staff. They smile and ask me if I'm getting my usual chicken tortellini pizza and I always answer yes. Then I get one other random slice. I true staple of Northampton.
