Prices are fair and service is quick but the chicken cutlet I ordered was not good at all. Not crispy, very salty and no flavor. Didn't even want to finish it.

Probably my last time ordering from here which is a shame since I’ve been getting food from here for as long as I can remember. Ordered through doordash and when I received my ordered, i was missing a few things and one order was just incorrect all together. I called to see if I could get the missing items delivered through their delivery service.
The phone was passed around and after explaining the situation to two different people I waited on hold for 10 minutes while listening to the employees argue whose fault it was and ultimately was told all I could do was reorder the food - with a 10% discount. When I expressed that I had already paid and that was ridiculous, I was hung up on.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Waste of money and loyalty. Go somewhere else. Florence pizza is great.

I live close by and really want this place to be fantastic. Unfortunately, I've had a wide variety of interactions with staff that have left me thinking of this place as a last resort. The cooking is very inconsistent. After a recent interaction with a delivery driver who made no apologies for their rude behavior, I won't be back. The business will survive though. They have a new wave of possible customers replenished every year due to Smith college. .

It was alright, I like the location and funny wall decor. My back camera is broken so I had to take a screenshot from the front camera with my phone backwards but you can see the inside of the pita pocket

Nothing here is great. The mozzarella sticks are always too heavy on the breading and not cooked enough, the pizza is mediocre, and today I got curly fries that came stuck together in multiple huge clumps. Very disappointing place, go literally anywhere else in Northampton.

Ordered Steak and Cheese Pita with extra meat and no tomato. I wish I could put a picture of this pathetic pita.Hardley any steak, cheese not even melted, YELLOW lettuce and barely luke warm!!!I couldn't even eat it!!! Gross.Never again.

Pizza Amore's slices are crisp and delicious! What steals the show, are their homemade pita pockets. I can honestly say that falafel homemade pita pocket was one of the best falafel sandwhiches I've tasted to date.

I've had a mixed experience here. First, you can order online which is great and the delivery people are nice. The pizza is good, nice crust, and I like the calzones. Salad is fresh and tasty with homemade tasting dressings. Sadly, the wraps, meals and pastas we've tried have been poor-- mushy, flavorless and bland.
