I don't understand why I'm getting cold and incomplete sandwiches as often as I am.

This particular location has been phenomenal for years. Sure, go for the drinks (the smoothies are great), but their food is underrated. The burrito with bacon, egg, and brie is worth any parking challenge.

They have great products but what’s the point of saying you’re open until a certain time if you shut part of your service down? Went in at 4:30, closing at 5, and we couldn’t get a bagel? They didn’t say they were sold out, they said that station is closed down for the day. I’ve worked in a lot of food service jobs, this was never an option at any of them.
Quaint little place to obtain a grab and go breakfast bagel sandwich. The Hadley sandwich was simple and had a pleasantly robust serving of bacon. My latte was a bit on the sweet side(turtle) which was not surprising. I might get a simpler coffee next time.
They mess up our order every time we go. They will outright just not add on ingredients for the food advertised and have a serious problem with following instructions on the app. It was good the first few times but wildly inconsistent every time after. If you order more than one item here good luck. Not worth the price if they can’t get your order right, especially on a mobile order when everything is written in front of them. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!
No idea why people crowd this place, the coffee is always burnt, the espresso too bitter, and they over serve flavored coffees. If you want crappy coffee in a crappy spot, come here.
Oh noo, The Shelburne on Main Street in Northampton closed. Time to find a new coffee shop the Shelburne on King Street is very strange and not the best environment

A small coffee house with good coffee, great lattes, and wonderful staff. While there are a few seats outside, this is definitely a take out location (or order ahead and pickup). For those ordering at the counter, the wait time for your drink is good. I really enjoy their version of a pumpkin spice latte.

We've stopped in a couple of times on our way through town. Food and drink have been great. The only complaint this time is we ordered hot and got iced but not a huge deal, still very good. I see a few bad reviews from people with only one review on their profile and it's for this business. I tend to disregard those and give the place a try.

Great little coffee shop! Service was great, the people are so nice! I went here twice during my 3 day trip to the area. My iced latte was good, the breakfast sandwich delicious, but the pastries are probably my favorite. The raspberry and cheese or cherry and cheese danish's were absolutely perfect.

Visiting from out of town and was happy to find a local coffee shop! Service was quick, many selections to choose from, and the cafe mocha was delicious!

This place is filthy and has black mold all over the place. The sandwich they made me was inedible, and the coffee made me spit it out. I can't believe I wasted my money. Also, as a black woman, I did not feel comfortable or safe being in that type of environment. The staff was terrific except for the one calling themselves manager.
