No one acknowledges an incoming customer. Waited 15 minutes for an order placed online (didn’t realize my kid said drive thru, that’s on me). I didn’t get my order until I approached the associate. The associate didn’t read the full order forgetting to hand my some of it, and was visibly annoyed when I asked. Associate asked was it (order) with the name on the order. The lack of customer service and showing of incompetence is off the charts. I can’t understand how you pay that much for a coffee with a fancy name to be ignored?

I hate this Starbucks! I don’t come very often and I think it’s been several years since I was here. The staff seem so RUSHED and UNFRIENDLY. Worst Starbucks experience I ever had . The Gouda and Egg Sandwich I had was good. But, couldn’t figure out which drink was whipped cream coffee I was getting (Mocha) and they shmushed my whipped cream w a flat top that I had no idea was coming when I told the guy I wanted something hot w whipped cream.Drive thorough seems quite busy.

I was really pleased with my experience at the Starbucks in Northampton, MA today. I was able to have my order delivered with Uber Eats. The order was correct and very neatly presented. The price was very reasonable for the products. The order arrived quicky, too. The iced coffee was really great, and the danishes were, too.

I came in yesterday and the manager there, a guy named Zack, was incredibly rude. He was snippy with me and was berating employees on the floor, just being generally unpleasant. The way he talked down to the people working for him was extremely uncomfortable. It seemed like he was actively looking for an excuse to be cruel. I've noticed some weird behavior from this guy a couple of times before, but after this I won't come back. The baristas here are really nice, but it sucks to see them being mistreated and I can't support that with my money.

Best experience ever at Starbucks today there was blond girl working and she wrote each of us an individualized message! (She was very nice)

We had a great experience to Starbucks today! There was a blonde girl working at the window, she served our drinks and she wrote a different happy message on each one. And as we left she was so nice
