I come here from Holyoke almost every morning because it’s my favorite Starbucks. I am heartbroken over the news and so sad they are closing. I wish all the employees the best though and maybe I’ll see some of you at a new Starbucks!

I have found that Starbucks has become a more frustrating experience than anything lately anf they are very much hit or miss with speed and level of helpful service and also quality of drinks! I have to give props to this location as I had received excellent friendly service and this was probably the quickest my drinks had ever been made. It was definitely one of the most delicious that I had tried as well ( and I get the same things all the time)! I highly recommend THIS location!

It's pretty corporate and I didn't see any bagels but the people who are working here are nice. And I've had water and breakfast sandwich here that was very good. May be that I will try to have the coffee sometime or whatever. I don't know. But my sandwich tasted good and the people behind (the other side) of the counter were nice and friendly. So that's good enough reason for me to say here are five stars. You know this!
