Waited in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes, which is fine. Thought they may be understaffed. Finally got to the front of the line. Waited at the speaker for 5+ minutes without a "we'll be right with you" or anything. Drove up to the window and there was nobody there, so tried to go into the store. Doors were locked with a sign that said the cafe is closed but the drive-thru is open. It was definitely not. Why not update the sign on the door and put signs around the drive through letting customers know the store is closed? Many customers waited in the drive through line for a long time only to find out they'd never get served. I'm sure this will continue to happen all day. Awful customer service!

Sean (not sure of spelling) has so much patience and compassion! Thank you for your help with interpreting what our preschooler wanted, she was very happy with what we got!
Kid-friendliness: Our kid uses the word “bagel” to mean basically any baked good and Sean was very patient as we tried to decipher what she was asking for. It was a great experience!

We asked them to remake one of our drinks hot and she told us to take the ice out (there was no line, we had tipped $5, and it was 7:30 in the morning) - the lady was really rude and just seemed too lazy to do it. Btw the espresso was burnt :(

In this establishment I ordered two coffees as usual I ordered them with four espresso shops there was one of them that looked different it was noticeable that I did not have the 4 coffee shops and I asked the employee that if he could change it for me and he put an attitude that he had put what I asked for knowing that I did not

Pretty much your standard Starbucks experience. However, I gave a few extra points since the store manager (Brandon) was in the cafe and addressed several questions I had and was very informative and helpful. The staff were all really nice, too.
