Was ordering my drink and the person at the register was awesome then the one making my drink i just asked her something and she was VERRRRRY disrespectful and made someone else finish my drink and she refused to. I will not be back

The food and service were both top notch. This is the first time I have sat inside a Starbucks since pre-pandemic days, and the seating area really feels like an afterthought. It is small, loud, and next to the door where cold air blows in every time some walks in. I’d get drive thru here again, but unless I bring my noise canceling headphones and a hat and coat, I won’t be dining in again.

This Starbucks has friendly people but it's dirty and you wait a very long time for your order.. all of the other Starbucks I have been to, never have this long waits.. both drive thru or inside.. Something definitely needs to be done..

Thanks for the coffee but it's too dirty. I don't know it's just only for today or not. I wish the manager would clean up the place little better. There are flies running inside (even sitting on my coffee cup!!!) and the floor is so dirty and trashs are everywhere I look on the floor and the tables. I even cleaned up the table I am sitting. Hope they make it better place like they seem to make a good business here.

Who runs this place? There are always a ton of flies (in and around the food and drinks). Lines are often crazy long- both inside and via drive- thru. Asked an employee for a straw because the self- serve area was empty and she looked at me and said "I can't right now. Sorry...." And walked away to talk to another employee. No one else helped me. I had to lean over the counter and get my own straw from an area I'm no supposed to be able to access. Weird store.
All I can say is thank God for coffee ☕️. When it comes to coffee, hands down they are the best.

Went in this morning 7/29/23 and was greeted icily by an angry employee. I greeted her warmly and was shocked at her response. Blonde, nose ring. I don't know what her problem is, but she owns it and it's all hers. Plenty of other coffee choices around.
