Came here the other night to pick up food for a friend. Was waiting around for a bit, this place could use some more staff. Like 3-4 people during dinner time? Come'on. One of the staff ended up getting my attention and wanted to know what order I was picking up. They were so nice I was honestly so surprised, cause there's only 3 people and a list of orders. Put more staff on. They got me what I was waiting for minutes later. They were so kind. I wish I got their name...

The food was good and they were gracious about fixing an error on their behalf with our order.The Colonel Sanders with a monkey photo got them their 5th star.

I enjoy Taco Bell more than most, but anyone who goes often can probably tell you that they are awful about fulfilling orders. I lost count of how many times in the last year I have had items missing or made totally wrong, and they’re usually entree items. I like the stuff and I know they’re usually lacking employees but there’s no excuse for management not responding to complaints when it asks if you want to be contacted.
